Something I've been thinking about recently, and had a discussion with friends. Were you in love with the first person you had PIV with?

I was not. Had a BF, I did like him, everyone else was at it, so we did it.

Yes and dear reader I married him and we had twenty six very happy years together until he was tragically killed in a car accident and I haven’t been in love with anyone else since. He’s a hard act to follow having been the loveliest, kindest and most laid back, cheerful person I’ve ever known. Luckily our daughter takes after him and she’s a great comfort to me.

As truly in love with someone as you can be at 15 when you’re completely unsuited really but he’s 6’6 and absolutely beautiful! We were together for over three years and he was a good guy so can’t complain.

OP, I know you are not looking for details, but my answer is YES but NO. I really don't think for many it is clear cut answer. In teenage years a lot of things are not black and white.

At BF place, things went a bit further, then a further then I'd planned, then very much further (for all of 5 seconds!). I liked him, I though I loved him, but a week later I thought I didn't and now I'm certain I didn't.

Hard question to answer for many I expect!
