To think 2 hours is long enough for drinks with friends?

I am out tonight with 2-3 friends for a couple of drinks. Meeting at 7:30. One of us isn’t drinking at all and I’m not a big drinker either. It’ll be lovely to have a chat and a catch up with a couple of gins but I am absolutely shattered after a long week at work - AIBU to leave at around 9:30? I always feel guilty leaving after such a short amount of time especially if I am first to leave but I am craving my bed Blush I’m only 34!

Why are you planning to go home
Before you’ve even gone out? Yes, it is a bit unusual to go home at 930 and unless you had a train to catch or something I’d think it was odd. But it’s your choice. Just
Go home
When you feel like
It!

I find going out for drinks very dull but then I am not a big drinker. Two hours sounds fine to me, you can definitely catch up in that time. After the first few hours most people are pretty merry and not much catching up goes on!

Just go home when you feel like it. 😐

I always leave early . I can’t stand a late night. Don’t feel bad at all ! True friends will understand!
