@IcedPurple

CeraVe.

All the products I've tried are great, and the cleanser is the absolute business. You can get a litre for about 19 quid and it lasts ages. Better than skincare brands several times the price.

I've been using their moisturiser with spf 25 and really like it.

@Sunshineandflipflops

This one?

www.superdrug.com/Skin/Face-Skin-Care/Moisturising-Lotions/CeraVe-AM-Facial-Moisturiser-SPF25---Normal-to-Dry-Skin-52ml/p/774871

I also use it and find it great. It was on offer on Amazon a few weeks ago so I made sure to get in some supplies!

@IcedPurple Yes, that’s the one. Find it just as good as more expensive brands and it protects too so winner!

Thank you for the nod @mcmooberry about Lidl cream cheese and @Cottoncandyandpeaches for the Wilko mascara 👍

Lidl spaghetti - 39p for 500g. I eat spaghetti 2-3 x a week at least and it is honestly up there. I would have no budget for the right spaghetti - and this, fortunately, is it.

TheRealHousewife · 15/06/2021 16:00

Anyone know of any reasonably priced gluten free pasta … always so expensive!

Aldi's chocolate oaties are as nice as, if not nicer than, Hobnobs.

warmandtoasty2day · 15/06/2021 16:16

i love lidls fake twix and their fake mars bars, both are superior than the branded, normal twix tastes stale in comparrison.

I get it in Tesco and Asda - not found any cheaper, really. I like the Tesco lentil fusilli but that's gone up a lot in the last year.
TheRealHousewife · 15/06/2021 16:20

Thank you @SpindleWhorl.

Sainsbury’s own brand cola zero it’s recently gone down in price to just 39p and I can not taste the difference between this and Coca Cola Zero!

Maskless · 15/06/2021 16:58

Lidl fake Bounty is better than the real one.

olivesnutsandcheeseplease · 15/06/2021 17:01

Morrison's do good gluten free pasta, normally around 60p

Bakedbeanhead · 15/06/2021 17:11

@TheSpottedZebra

Aldi hot cloth cleanser.
Thank you for this, I was thinking about an alternative to Liz Earle, so will give it a try 😊
Loveitloveitloveit · 15/06/2021 17:16

Aldi premium washing up liquid- much better than the branded stuff

SunshineCake · 15/06/2021 17:17

@SticksAndStoned

Was also going to suggest pink stuff. I was completely astonished at how easily it cleaned my oven door. Brilliant stuff.
Which shop sells this please ?
DulseSeaweed · 15/06/2021 17:20

@SunshineCake I used to get it in Wilkos. Now love in northern Ireland and have no idea where to find it. It's honestly magic!!

SticksAndStoned · 15/06/2021 17:36

Brilliant, thank you. I'll try it.
Whatn3xt · 15/06/2021 17:41

Lidl club style biscuit bars (in the purple wrapper)- chocolate on them is delicious. Lso lidl brand fruit pastilles! Second Nicky Elite toilet roll. Great quality.

Marmite27 · 15/06/2021 17:42

I moaned about heinz beans on the other thread. I completely agree with branston beans on this one Grin

Whatn3xt · 15/06/2021 17:43

@DulseSeaweed you get the pink stuff in Home Bargains in NI

PinkiOcelot · 15/06/2021 17:50

Definite thumbs up for pink stuff. It’s mint.
The inside of my front door is gleaming white. Had marks on that I couldn’t shift before, but no effort involved with pink stuff.

MaMelon · 15/06/2021 17:56

Pink Stuff - a miracle in a tub

Garnier gradual self tan - absolutely brilliant on my chalk white legs

Redken anti snap leave in treatment - it’s pricey (to me) at £18 on Amazon but easily worth double that - best thing I’ve ever used on my hair

Love this thread Smile

MsFogi · 15/06/2021 17:57

I NEED Boots to bring back Boots Curl Cream - I would pay a lot of money for this tub of pink goo.
