These are mine - and yes, even now, if I can get myself into focussing on the now, I can feel happy in the moment of drinking these in....

• The four beautiful snowdrops that are now out in the garden
• Our dog having a great dream, full of wuffles and twitches
• The vaccination numbers each day - I can't believe we have now vaccinated more than 1 in 10 of the UK population! Phenomenal
• Good food... yup, sitting down and eating something I enjoy like scrambled eggs or a bowl of good soup makes me feel so much better... and even cherished

Checking the sunrise/sunset times every day and seeing that were getting 3 mins more light each day!

Feeding the wild birds in my garden every morning and sending my adorable Labrador out to keep them safe and ensure the seagulls don’t gobble all the food! He sits in the middle while they feed all around him :)

Bringing said adorable Labrador down to the beach for a swim on a crisp cold day. He’s braver than me.

My two boys. I burst with pride every day and laugh my ass off with them. They are the best company.

I've got a row of amaryllis on my windowsill. I thought they were all dead - I've been waiting for months - but finally they're all coming out.

A random peach rose flowering in the garden.

We have a massive sycamore tree at the back of our house. Every once in a while, it's just teeming with blue tits.

My daughters keep spontaneously dressing up and it’s so cute. They just pop into whatever room I’m in and casually announce they’ve got changed as they’re about to meet the Queen or go to the jungle. It’s always a highlight.

Bulbs planted in the autumn beginning to show in the garden, hearing the birds singing on my walk this afternoon, the amazing sunset this evening and my Dad getting his first vaccination tomorrow morning.
