Teachers are very overrated and don't work harder anybody else.

That if a dog doesn't have 100% perfect recall, they are dangerous and should never be allowed off lead because they are a danger. The creation to this rule is if they are aggressively chasing your 11 year old child down the street and backing them into a corner growling and barking at them, in that case it's entirely your child's fault , because they don't know how to behave around dogs.

Cats can do no wrong. Ever!

Its entirely normal and natural to love your dog more than your kids .

So many grown adults don't know the difference between words e.g. bought/brought.

Beeast feeding is the only way to feed your child. Even if you are really struggling and its having an impact on your mental health, you should persevere. Some of the shitty comments and guilt tripping to women on here is terrible.

It's totally unreasonable to expect parents to keep their children from approaching unknown dogs. Apparently running up to unknown dogs is children being children and it's just a toddler thing to grab at dogs'. It would be a crime against childhood to say no as it would kill their child's curiosity.

None of these posters have yet explained to me how they manage perfectly well to prevent their child from running into roads when they are curious and playing. 🤷‍♀️

🤣 I actually do. I have a dog and have had other pets. I was sad when they died. I will be very sad when my dog dies, but I won't be devastated and not know how I will go on like I would if my kids died.

All MILs are evil. If she has the audacity to want to meet her new grandchild within 6 months of their birth she's a controlling bitch and you need to go NC. The irony that many of us will become MILs is never lost to me!

All children under 13 need every aspect of their life micromanaged or they will be a huge failure

All children over 13 need only basic food and shelter, any other input you have in their life will cause long term mental health issues and they'll leave home and be NC by 16. Perish the though you should have regular conversations about sex, relationships and their friendships or have ground rules.

If your child is still at home by 20 then you've failed them completely.
