Weirdly all the bedrooms appear to have chairs facing the Beds. Which is a bit dodgey looking..like some form of swingers paradise..

Yeah I definitely get the haunted vibe from some of the rooms too OP, actually got goosebumps when I saw one of bedroom photos which was weird

@Bluntness100 well I never used to, but having read some of the ‘weird occurrences’ threads on here, I have to admit it’s in the back of my mind sometimes.

The chairs in the bedrooms are to pile one's clean laundry on, prior to putting it away or leaving it there like me
There's not much of a garden and it's right on the road.
But it's cheap as chips, I'd buy it.

Probably best not to do that any more if it impacts you. That house is bright and airy and not even remotely spooky.

Rather than that it will be because it is difficult to sell. I don't know anyone sane without super deep pockets who would touch grade 1 listed. I would steer clear even of grade 2 after previous experience.

Gorgeous and the ghosts wouldnt put me off - how do you know they arent friendly ghosts?

Nice house, needs some work on it, too close to the road and not enough land. But no ghosts....don't believe they exist....
