I always wonder if all of the people saying common, chavvy and tacky can actually afford the things they look down on.

I don’t like them hence I don’t have one. Don’t give a shiney shit if someone else does and I am sure I have and wear plenty of things others don’t like or want to.

If you’ve got the kind of money to spend on a piece of jewellery that even a half filled Pandora bracelet would cost

A half filled pandora bracelet would be a few years of work, it’s unlikely they bought it all at once and my bracelet with 6 charms bought over 3 years isn’t even a quarter full, and potentially also given as gifts so technically they haven’t got the money to spend haha.

They're not my thing at all but that's because I can't bear anything on my wrists. However I'd wear one just to brandish it in the face of people that use vile out-dated phrases like 'all fur coat and no knickers' - what the fuck does that even mean now? The sheer nastiness on display here - it's not the bracelets that are tacky.

Well if you read the I’m 47 thread it is dungarees as everyone is falling over themselves to say how cool they are and she should wear what she likes.

Maybe Pandora and Lucy & Yak can do a collab?

oh no, i love dungarees, not on me but i think they look pretty cool.

I practically live in dungarees. I keep a lot of animals and grow a lot of food so it just seems practical. I might look a bit like a hillbilly, but I look like a damned sexy one.
