AIBU to think that women don't want Cock Shots

Just been chatting online to a potential date about cock shots, and he said loads of women ask for them on OLD.

I expressed surprise and said in my experience as a women and my also my friends, most women don't appreciate a doc pic.

Well obviously he's mansplained it to me, and many women do enjoy cock shots (apparently)

Am I so wrong? I would assume anyone wanting a dic pic was one of the online scammers and "normal" OLD women certainly DO NOT want pictures of penises in their inbox!

Am I wrong. Do some women actually want dic pics?

Should have let him send one then marked him 1/10

Normally really enjoyed tit wanks
🤣
What did you say? 'what's in it for them why would they enjoy it'
or maybe he's talking about paid for tit wanks where the women enjoy the money that they get afterwards?

Heffalooomia · 28/08/2020 12:52

Sent me saucy pictures
But a dick pic isn't a saucy picture it feels more like a slap in the face or a threat 😳
Saucy picture is a man with a hot body wearing tight jeans slightly unbuttoned 💗

wonkytonkwoman · 28/08/2020 12:55

One such man posted a thread on MN, pics and everything. . He was seeking a bit of.. afternoon delight as I recall. Caused quite a stir before the deletion message!

Mintjulia · 28/08/2020 12:55

No, unsolicited, I'd just cringe and block the man concerned. It's hardly classy.

I can't imagine why I would ever ask for one. Grin

Lovemusic33 · 28/08/2020 12:56

Yes, I love random photos of strangers dicks......not.

I’ve been online dating on and off for 5+ years and have had many dick photos sent to me by random men that I have never met. I find it really odd that a man would send a private photo to someone he’s never met and trust them not to share it with the whole world and to expect them to be pleased with receiving a random penis photo.

Dicks are not pretty, why would we want a photo of one?

Any guy who thinks women want these photos would not be on my “potential date list” 😂

Namechanger87851 · 28/08/2020 12:57

Unsolicited or someone I barely know - No

As part of an exchange via the phone in my last relationship (long distance so sexting etc was a thing sometimes between visits ) most definitely !! Wink They key being that I wanted to see And made that clear rather than him sending me it without me asking .

Men who barely know you thinking that you want to see their dick is just eeew

nevermorelenore · 28/08/2020 12:57

I've dated both men and women, and never had an unsolicited vag shot. Strange that. But I've had plenty of the attached photo in my inbox...

In all honesty, genitals are a bit ugly. I mean, they're generally sexy when you're in the moment and up close to them, but they honestly look so unappealing on camera. Especially when taken on an iPhone in the bog, poking out the M&S pants your ex wife bought you.

I had one sent once. Not convinced it was the actual persons dick.

How would you know anyway?

I wasn't in a good mental health space at the time anyway so actually the situation was hilarious. I somehow just assumed that some unknown person had hacked my phone and went into overdrive.

was a while before I realised it was would'be lover, so no idea what he thought...

I love this forum.

What we really need is CLIT PICS.

Wonder how said blokes would react to those?

I am of an age where I don't belive in equal rights for women.

We still need LIBERATION.

GreyShadow · 28/08/2020 13:01

So @Desperado24 despite the scores of replies on here from women saying they don't understand why any woman would want a dic pic, you're telling me I'm wrong and that women wanting dic pics are (in your experience) common. I can see why you think it was harsh I deleted him ;)

@nickelbabe I so wish I could have put the voting option on! But I'm on the app which doesn't give you that option.

However I have not seen one female post that they actively ask for a dick pic. Unless I've missed it.

Unsolicited - the person sending it is the direct equivalent of a creepy flasher in a public place. Should be illegal even if it’s not considered practical to make it so.

If women request one, then that’s up to them - can’t see the appeal myself but each to their own.

Desperado24 · 28/08/2020 13:04

Ok. I was being polite.

Lots of women instigate and send very explicit pictures before meeting.

You lot on here don’t, thats fair enough. I am not sure mumsnet is a true representation of all women (I am guessing the main demographic here is 35 plus, middle class, and from this thread people who are a bit on the prudish side)

I can only go on my own experience of OLD with women in the 30-40 age bracket. About half of this I ended up meeting instigated an exchange of explicit photos.

SoulofanAggron · 28/08/2020 13:04

I think he's lying. Maybe one or two women I've never met like dick pics. That is all.

PhilSwagielka · 28/08/2020 13:05

I don't want to see dick pics, anymore than I want to see vadge pics. I prefer what's attached to the dick.

OutwiththeOutCrowd · 28/08/2020 13:06

Um, no.

Most women don't want cock shots.

However most cocks want (naked) women shots.

Therein lies the confusion.

Desperado24 · 28/08/2020 13:07

To put that into perspective I met about 40 women and probably chatted to 250 ish.

Of the chats that progressed as far as us agreeing to meet about half instigated sexting beforehand

Thelnebriati · 28/08/2020 13:12

20 out of 250 is not a majority.
Its not middle class or prudish to not want an unsolicited dick pic. Also, I want to meet a bloke irl before I decide if I fancy him or not.

Divebar · 28/08/2020 13:17

I don’t think many women would admit to sexting, phone sex or any other sexual practice with their friends. Especially if they know the views of those friends. I can well imagine that there are plenty of women who enjoy exchanging pictures with guys online (especially during lockdown) I have 2 friends that I know about who do this and who knows how many others that I don’t know about. So yeah of course .... some women like getting dick pics.

NameChange84 · 28/08/2020 13:17

COCK SHOTS?!

Is that what they are calling it now? I thought it was dick pics? And from your subject title had a horrifying image of a line of semen filled shot glasses. I don’t want those or dick pics, no.

rainbowlou · 28/08/2020 13:18

My lovely friend is about to give up online dating because of the amount of men sending her unwanted photos.
She literally has to type hi and she has a close up dick pic in her inbox.
She is starting to get really disheartened by it.

BarbedBloom · 28/08/2020 13:18

Unsolicited no, but i have asked for them in the past

Divebar · 28/08/2020 13:19

And enough of the ageist, classist bullshit. Im middle aged, middle class as are my friends... we’re just not vanilla.

HaudYerWheeshtYaWeeBellend · 28/08/2020 13:21

No woman wants one unsolicited, but yes some women do ask for dik pics.

Some women even like porn.

TitsOutForHarambe · 28/08/2020 13:23

Before I met my now DH I did OLD. I hated dick pics from men I hadn't slept with. It felt crass and degrading, and more importantly, it ruined the mystery completely. But once I'd already slept with someone and decided I liked them... sure, why not?

TitsOutForHarambe · 28/08/2020 13:25

Some women even like porn.

Shush, the MN porn police might hear you
