To ask for photos of your wedding dress?

Trying to choose mine, looking for inspiration!

Would be particularly interested to see dresses worn by ladies with my body type (tall, reasonably slim, biggish boobs and hips with a flatter bum).

But mainly just wanted to be nosy!

Btw I found the train so uncomfortable. If I could take back time I think I would have gone for the same dress minus the train. God it was awful. It looked nice during rehearsals but there was the designer correcting it all along every time you turned or twirled but at your wedding night, there's no one to do that and DH kept on stepping on it I felt like punching him.

I'm not your body type (short, was slim, small boobs) but this was my dress. God I loved it. The train comes off.

Your one is very nice. I'm also tall 5'10 and slim but don't have the boobs and have large hips hence why I didn't go for a more let's say- mermaid type/ straight dress. I don't know why I went with the train though. I tell everyone avoid avoid avoid lol. But it sounds good that the train comes off at least you can have nice pictures with it before taking it off.

Not your body type either ribby and tall, flat-chested but I wore this sundress. Very casual outdoor wedding.

I'm not your shape though. Classic pear shape and 5ft 6. I loved it.

This is mine. It's still sat in the loft, perfectly preserved for when I totally lose it and start dressing the dog up in bridal wear to marry her boyfriend.

I'm fairly tall and slim, and mine nipped in and made my waist look teeny weeny on the day - I am under no illusions that my waist will ever be that small again.

I am your body type. I got the neckline stitched up a little so it wasn't too booby in the end

A little wedding dress tip for brides on a budget~ I found my dress in a local bridal shop. It was £2000! 😳

I took a sneaky picture of the label (designer/ dress name etc) Googled it & found the same dress in a bridal shop in North London £720 INCLUDING alterations & accessories 😊

I had a dress from Alan Hannah, it was beautiful but 8 years ago so not so much of the fashion now!!! I echo other posters comments about a train, in reality it was a pain with people stepping on it and it got filthy!!

@cattypussclaw that is one of the most beautiful wedding dresses I've ever seen! Absolutely gorgeous.

So many lovely dresses here. I was a bit of a goth when I got married and my dress was deep burgundy satin with a chapel train with embroidery on the train and bodice. I loved it at the time but now I have such a deep yearning to wear a 'proper' ivory wedding dress!

This was mine- Pronovias Landel. My body type is exactly as you describe yours. Would recommend looking at Pronovias- I could’ve bought several of their dresses.

This was me in mine - big boobs, medium height, flat bum but more of a size 14. I loved the side/back detail.

I am loving looking at all these gorgeous dresses! I love the differing styles people are posting. Some truly beautiful brides I'm guessing.
