AIBU to think someone should be helping Kanye West??

I’m not a Dr but looking at the speech Kanye West gave last night, he is clearly unwell. Shouldn’t somebody be looking after him, checking his medication, keeping him away from events etc until he is better??

At least Kim is still filming her show keeping up with the Kardasians.

Why shouldn't she? It's her job. She's got four kids to provide for.

I hate all this frontline crap. It's her job, he knew what job she did and what her world was when they met. There are plenty of jobs which don't add much to society aside from entertainment or for us greedy consumers, but, like many millions of others, she continues working when dealing with a load of other crap, good for her. Apparently they've been living apart for a while, is she supposed to be sat alone at home sobbing?

It's bloody brilliant too. Probably her best album. Would have outsold him anyway (probably even with people listening to his music to see how much of a car crash it is given his mental state), but I don't think this is the first time he hasn't released stuff when he said he would.

I love Taylor. Lyrically I think she's incredible but she doesn't always release the best singles for some reason (Me! was a low point) so often doesn't get the respect she deserves. Her Reputation tour was genuinely the best live show I've ever seen (including musicals etc).

Mad Woman on Folklore might be referencing Kanye & Kim but could also be Scooter Braun and Scott Borchetta. Probably both. Think my favourite song is My Tears Ricochet.

Thank you to pp - Folklore is a beautiful album (yes, I am a National fan but props to TS. I do like some of her previous songs - mean, trouble, shake, lwymmd - but this album is lovely, has an almost ethereal quality.

Taylor's new album is amazing. And she most definitely appears to call Kanye a clown in one of her songs ... listened to most of them today ... long time coming.

I don't feel sorry for him at all after what he did to her when she was just 17 years old on stage, and has carried on being the giant arse that he is.

Her album tracks are consistently better than her singles normally (although I love all the songs you listed (shake less so but loved it when it was a single)).

Off the top of my head...
Clean, dear John, new year's day, cornelia street, cruel summer, state of grace, all too well, new romantics, I did something bad, death by a thousand cuts... all fab songs.

I’ve listened to Folklore at least 3 times today... it’s excellent. I love her storytelling. Liking this new sound too. Hopefully get a few Grammys after the last two albums were overlooked
