to wonder how people with Michael Jackson tattoos feel now?

Was just watching an episode of tattoo fixers and there's a girl on there who had a huge MJ memorial tat on her back. The guy tattooing her also had a MJ tattoo. I also work with someone who has MJ tattooed on their shoulder.

I mean, would people feel ok with having had Rolf Harris or similar tattooed on them?

What are happening to these tattoos? Do you think a lot of people have had them removed?

Curious to know what people think about this...

Or any celebrity that has done something similarly awful!

This is why I would never get a name or face as a tattoo, especially that of someone I don't know personally like a celebrity, because you never know what will come out about them further down the line.

Saying that though, there are people who still maintain that he was innocent.

The few die hard MJ fans I still know won’t accept that he was a child abuser. You could show them a picture of him in the act and they would still find an excuse for it.
And the sort of person who tattoos their idol on their body would tend to be this type but then I only know one person with a MJ tat so maybe there are others who have done cover ups that I don’t know.

I always wonder about people who have their DP's name tattooed, especially on a visible bit, of their body. Do they take this into account when deciding whether or not to leave their DP? Much safer to have 'neutral' tattoos I think.

There's a lot of fans who are still in denial and will continue to stick up for a sex offender, so they probably don't care.

I know people say separate the art/music from the person, but I couldn't walk around with a tattoo of MJ on my arm after knowing what horrific things he did.

I guess that's why it's risky getting a celebrity tattoo. I imagine there must be people out there who have lostprophets tattoos etc...

My driving instructor was a mad mj fan, when he mentioned it, I made the mistake of mentioning his 'seedier' side and omfg I honestly thought he was going to make an emergency stop with his dual controls and throw me out of the car!!!
So yep, some tattooed mj fans will still be massively denying his crimes

I was surprised when out at a famous London club last summer and they played MJ music and there was a sudden rush to the dance floor

This is my experience too and they get incredibly defensive and angry if you bring it up. Cognitive dissonance doing its work there!

Yes, he was the only 40 something year old single man in the whole world who asked kids to share his bed without their parents being present but it was just "innocent fun".

If that had been the janitor at the local school doing that my guess is they wouldnt have said "oh its fine! he's just very childlike and its innocent fun".

There are people who still defend saville, because a ‘dead man can’t defend himself’. I think they were both perverts.
