What is your favourite pudding?

I have so many favourite puddings but if I had to choose it would be a really decent banofee pie, with cream. I don’t understand how previous generations survived without it. They must have suffered terribly.

Gosh, I really love puddings. I'm trying to cut back at the moment as lockdown feasting has had a sub-optimal effect on my waistline, but this thread is inspiring me to make a lovely pudding this weekend.

Lemon meringue pie and tiramisu.

All the desserts mentioned by everyone apart from tiramisu...and I never bake any of these I just taste everyone else’s and eat mine 😊

A spoonful of dried fruit soaked in rum or brandy in jars (for months) is nice with vanilla ice cream.

Aldi’s profiteroles are amazing the chocolate sauce is perfection

A really good chocolate mousse (love chocolate mousse cake haven’t seen it for years)

I make my own Eaton mess and use Greek yogurt instead of cream i (and sprinkle some flake over it) mmm it’s not really Eton mess at all but very good
