Spoons then forks then knives

In your cutlery drawer, do you have spoons on the left, then forks, then knives? That makes sense to me because when you lay them out on the table it's forks on left and knives on the right. My DH puts them away (wrong) as knives on left then forks then spoons, just because he says it sounds right- when you say, 'knives, forks, spoons.'
I'm fully aware of the current world problems which are affecting us all terribly. This is still important😉

Knives, fork, spoon. Never realised there was a 'right' way. That's the only way they fit in the draw organiser. Who knew Grin

Spoons, forks, knives.

The chopsticks go in the only hole they fit in. That only leaves one place where the knives fit. So that make, left to right: spoons, forks, knives, chopsticks.

Honestly, it never ceases to amaze me that anyone cares about this or would even consider there to be a ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ way.

I couldn’t actually tell you what the order of our cutlery drawer is without going to look. That’s how little thought went into it. When I unpacked I just dumped the cutlery in the holes in the order in which I took the paper wrapped packages out of the moving box.

It’s almost certainly not in the order it was in in my old house.
