We’ve run out of books. Already! Because DD an absolute book worm. I can’t justify spending loads on new books and libraries closed.

WIBU to suggest on class watsapp group that we set up a book share system? On the understanding that books are are thoroughly cleaned, wrapped in bag and left on doorstep?

It’s a small class of 15, all nice and considerate (none of the “bitchy” glares, cliques and high drama I read about in the world of mumsnet).

Thanks

I ordered books off eBay - is that wrong??? (Honestly don't know)

What do we do about normal post? Do you all leave it before opening?

FFS, what part of non-essential travel do people not understand?!

I think it's fine OP. No more risky than ordering stuff online, going to the supermarket or getting post through the door and you are taking precautions. Online books are a good option though and your DC could read them on a laptop or tablet.

Download the kindle app, it's free. Can be used on all phones and there are hundreds of books for free.
