Where it be about lizard people, 911 or the Government man-making Coronvirus to kill off the vulnerable, what conspiracy theory sends a chill up your spine?

Sorry if a little dark but I have to admit I love a good conspiracy theory and figured I wouldn't be the only one! Plus I need some bedtime reading...

What is the Titanic theory?

There was a really good documentary about the Titanic a few months ago - about burning coal stores weakening the bulkheads and the management trying to silence the firemen and coal handlers during the enquiry?

I strongly believe the US made it to the moon, but the photos are most definitely faked.

Nat geographic funded a lot of it on the understanding that they got first dibs on the pics. When they got back and realised the pics were shit (film is notoriously sensitive to light/dark and temp fluctuations) they shat themselves and faked the lot.

Have all you conspiracy lovers watched Zeitgeist? Think it's on Netflix.

I've just googled the Elevator Game and freaked myself out!

Loads of health related ones:

• They could eradicate the common cold but don't because of the vast sums of money to pharma/economy etc for something that is generally not a threat to most people

• Why don't high profile/extremely rich people get cancers or diseases like the rest of people (I personally think it's because they have the funds for immunotherapy for example and the rest have to do chemo)

• Viruses like Covid man made to control the population

One that might well be true is the idea that Titanic was originally Britannic but halfway through building they switched names to get one finished faster.

And now what a contrast between CGTN which is full of solid reporting on the pandemic and RT who are doubling down on their conspiracies even now. Please take it off the air.

My exs mum loved a conspiracy theory. She is 100% convinced that Michelle Obama is a man.

The worlds governments hide so many things. I 100% believe the worlds governments know about extraterrestrial life. They will not tell people because of mass panic but I would absolutely love to know about them. With the corona virus is there another more sinister reason for asking us to remain at home? People will often say "oh conspiracy theories are made up" but there are bound to be some that aren't like mk ultra was true.

Questionable mouse, the three gorges dam is true. It apparently slowed the earth's rotation but that's all I know.

Right. Have you any idea how many people would have to be in on this? How many different governments of different political or ideological persuasion would have to agree to keep it quiet? In all this time, not a single person of the 1000s of scientists, ex politicians, civil servants etc. who know about the supposed evidence has not spilt the beans?

My mum is convinced that COVID—19 is man made and it was accidentally released. I think she’s been watching too many Hollywood movies personally.

I must admit whilst I support social distancing and isolation for those who have symptoms I do have concerns about a lockdown, fine to prevent the spread of the virus but what happens when its run it’s course but the power to shut stuff down and make people stay at home is still there?

But the common cold is not one, single virus. There's at least 200 viruses in the group producing the same symptoms.

Yeah, that bit is true but I'm not convinced it's responsible for all the shit that happening. My partner worked it out and it's a tiny tiny fraction of a second, not enough to make any difference apparently.

My brother inlaw is a demolition expert
I asked some time ago about 9/11. He said that anyone who thinks they were brought down by controlled explosion clearly has no idea of the work involved in prepping a building for demolition. Conspicuous explosives, supports pre removed or weakened etc. The occupants of the towers would definitely have noticed!
