Well it’s weather dependent but celeriac, fennel and Jerusalem artichoke are up there in cooler weather.

Mushroom. Or aubergine.

Mashed swede (we just call it turnip in Scotland) is my favourite ever.

Peas. Im a toddler at heart.

Can we say tomato even though it’s a fruit?
I treat it like a vegetable and adore them.
Otherwise it’s potato or spinach

Potato even though I put it in the carb file of course it's still a veg. And tomato even though a fruit. Sugar snap peas pretty great too.

If we're talking salad veg it has to be iceberg lettuce.
Other veg then definitely garden peas.
