I'm pleased to see all the parsnip love.

I had jerusalem artichokes last year for the first time. Delicious, but OMG the aftermath was not pretty.

Cauliflower too. But none of this fancy cauliflower steak rubbish thanks very much.

Peas. Lovely, fresh, sweet, crunchy.

Brussels sprouts

Either potato or mushroom

Leeks! And then peas

Asparagus
Pea-shoots
Cherry tomatoes
Don’t make me choose?

Swede!! Love it

Runner beans, like the ones my Grandad used to grow. I can easily eat a whole bowlful, like spaghetti or courgetti

Parsnips and Jerusalem Artichokes.

Then chargrilled artichokes.

Closely followed by cauliflower

Potato

Chips, mash, baked, roast, wedges, hash browns, new boiled with mint always delicious

Asparagus

Spinach. Bloody love spinach.

Raw - bell pepper
Cooked - the fight is between parsnip and brussel zprouts

Mushroom, red onion, courgette stir fried with chines 5 spice and soy sauce is food of the gods!

Roasted butternut squash

Chinese broccoli, aka kai lan.

Sprouts! I love the way the plants look, quite jurassic like. And they taste lovely when done right.

Cabbage for me! Any type - I’m not fussy. Closely followed by carrots and baby corn.
