If we’re talking green, then runner beans.
Frozen, at a pinch, though fresh are that much better.

Leek

If I could only have one vegetable it would be potatoes because they’re so versatile or even onion.

My very favourite vegetables though are asparagus, parsnips and sprouts. Sorry, couldn’t choose just one.

Tomatoes are my favourite fruit!
