Is it bad where you are?

We have 50-60mph winds for the next two days. It's pretty wild out there; my walk to the station was exhilarating!

I think DH is driving the kids to school instead of walking, mainly to keep them safe from flying debris.

Still very windy in Liverpool, no rain though. Dh is on the evening shift at work for the next few day's. He won't be done until around 10, home by 10.30- 10.45 latest hopefully. Not 100% happy about him going to and from work on his bike.

Strong winds in Northumberland. Outside furniture tucked away just to be safe.....

Very rainy and windy here in herts.

It has been very wild and windy today here in F ife. Strong wind blowing the falling snow around and then sleet falling on the slushy ground which was soaked yesterday with heavy rain. Best to stay indoors if at all possible.

We lost our power yesterday morning for about 3.5 hours

Anyone had a good fall of snow yet? Next to nothing in Staffordshire.

We (in Kent) had flickering lights yesterday afternoon but we never lost power. Today has been quite blowy but not as bad as yesterday and it’s just been hailstoning. Tomorrow is still supposed to be quite blowy but it is definitely calming down now.

Worcestershire here. It’s been awful for three nights. My garden has lots of bits and pieces in in that don’t belong to me and things that did are no where to be seen. There’s power lines down, flooding and the wind and rain continues.
The roof is clattering, windows rattling.
Emergency services are up and down the main road sirens on pretty much constantly.
Night four and I’ve no udea how the kids sleep through it.
The cat is miffed, going from front door to back door to check the weather, paws crossed. Why do they think the weather will be different between the front and back and why keep running past a perfectly clean litter box to do so!

Im in west Mids, nothing much here or forecast, think we had worst last night and this morning, kept me awake, tree in my neighbours garden gone over, had weird weather today, horizontal rain, sun ,rumbling thunder, then heavy snow then sunshine again. just googled winds up to 20 MPH forecast in part but thats nothing to what weve had, think / hope worst past. stay safe those going through it, drive safe on main roads keep away from country lanes as much as poss in case trees go down.

We're in West Yorkshire our little town was cut in two yesterday river flooded so couldn't get over the bridge. DH was called into work on the reservoir lunchtime to clear runoffs so they could release some water, as it was nearly full. Today has been wind, hail, sun, hail, wind now gusty, river still very high but not cut off anymore.

Near Brighton, has been very windy here since Saturday evening and still windy now on Monday evening...

No snow on the east Yorkshire coast, it's breezy, but not as windy as it was and it's dry, altho it rained this afternoon.

Went out to keep.up to C25k when I thought rain had stopped and for caught in hail

Very windy again tonight here. The poor birds !

Had to collect my parents from a train station 1.5 hours drive away last night because the overhead lines were down. They were stranded on a train for about 5 hours before evacuation. And then got to the nearest station and told that’s it there’s nothing more we can do. Which is understandable because all the network has been relying on replacement bus services.

And today we got a shedload of snow dumped on us here in Derbyshire.

Here in Bayern, it’s called Sabine. It has completely trashed my greenhouse

Can someone send me some snow please? Maybe a couple of fallen trees? I don't fancy work tomorrow.

Winds getting up again here in Shropshire. Freezing cold too. Had all kinds of weather today and now I'm wondering if I'll be able to sleep..
