Indulge me... DH and I have enjoyed ourselves today thinking of random words that could be names A bit like when Uncle Fester said Dementia was a beautiful name. DH thinks Nausea could be lovely.

Borax would be a strong name for a boy.
Maybe Camphor as well.

On the Mel theme, Melanoma.

Roald Dahl was good at names. Verruca Salt and her mother Angina.

Violet, the gum chewer had a friend called Cornelia Prinzmetal. Prinzmetal is a type of angina.

There's a line near the beginning of Shirley Valentine about how "Clitoris" would be a nice name for a girl.

I love the Sago and Semolina suggestion! Aphasia and Aphantasia would make lovely names.

This reminds me of a game which my father (who was a Doctor) and I used to play. It was all about finding names in medicines so you have TERRYmycin, ANNAdin, SALbutamol, NORAdrenaline, PiriTONE, MINNIEdex, etc. Sounds stupid but it was fun!

The Spanish for Nausea/dizziness is a nice name. Marea.

It's a shame the names Jezebel and Salome have negative associations, because I quite like them!

I work with someone who's child is called Isis! Although this person it a huge twat so I wouldn't expect anything else

I know it was an auto correct earlier in the thread, but Random is actually a strong sounding name.

Lixiana is a top choice.

Rayon would be gorgeous for a girl. Tbh I dont see why Silk is not a name myself.
