Indulge me... DH and I have enjoyed ourselves today thinking of random words that could be names Grin A bit like when Uncle Fester said Dementia was a beautiful name. DH thinks Nausea could be lovely.

I see a lot of blood results in my job and always think Amylase would be a beautiful girls name.

In early pregnancy madness I decided to call my son Creosote. I still think it's a nice name. (I didn't do it)

I’ve always thought Syphilis was a beautiful word, reminding me of a Greek nymph - whereas Pulchritude looks and sounds ugly!

I always rather liked Incontinentia (Buttocks) mentioned in Life of Brian.

Why is this thread making me think of Monty Python's Life of Brian?

There's a Roman General's wife in that called Incontinentia..

There are so many flower names for girls.
What about the boys? I'm voting for Grass, Lawn, Hedge, Tree.....
Actually, maybe not Grass! Confused

I always thought about how Theresa May would be a really pretty name if you didn’t associate it with that particular person!

I’ve known both a Candida and a Coriander in my time.

Also know an Aryan at work (very common Iranian name apparently).

DD was at university with a girl called Velocity.

That'd rise to the top of the names charts at great speed.
