Indulge me... DH and I have enjoyed ourselves today thinking of random words that could be names Grin A bit like when Uncle Fester said Dementia was a beautiful name. DH thinks Nausea could be lovely.

I rather like Asparagus as a name. Also partial to Brassica.

Scrofula, Syphilis, Influenza and Morgellons also appeal.

Candle
Bone
Ream
Treble

Rubella and Varicella - so pretty they may spread like a rash.

But I also I sense a hunger for some new names from the kitchen:

Colander
Grater
Skillet
Trivet
Tureen

We used to think Borrelia, elichia, taylorella and clebsiella Sounded like rather nice childrens names... ( all bugs that pre-breeding lab checks are for in the horse world )

spacewitch99 · 05/01/2020 17:29

Shanarri...or Girfec....

SummerWhisper · 05/01/2020 17:29

Marzipan is another favourite. Marzi or Pan for short are both gorgeous. I see this as a girl's name, but could be equally lovely for a boy.

I also have a fondness for Latchkey and Enamel.

MyFamilyAndOtherAnimals1 · 05/01/2020 17:37

Swallow

OJZJ · 05/01/2020 17:38

I had a friend who actually called her child's middle name Aldara and loves it to this day ..... even after googling it to find it's meaning....
It's a brand of genital wart cream.... I will refrain from commenting on the irony of the genital wart of her mother
