The name Nausea

Indulge me... DH and I have enjoyed ourselves today thinking of random words that could be names A bit like when Uncle Fester said Dementia was a beautiful name. DH thinks Nausea could be lovely.

Genatalia.

My mum was a midwife and delivered twins who were named Matilda and Myrtle. NN Tilly and Turds....

I guess these days it should be PC names, so you could go for Vegan short for Veganuary.

Cystitis - sissy for a nn. Double whammy.

Genatalia obviously spelt to avoid confusion with the much more embarrassing Genitalia

I’ve always thought Echolalia would be a great name (iirc it’s the medical term for when someone with dementia repeats things constantly). It just sounds very pretty to me!

I had a colleague who wanted to name his DCs Metro and Thimble

I have always rather fancied Jesmond and Jarrow for twins.

@highupoverthere my friend really did call her daughter flora. Her name was clover. Couldn’t make it up!

My kid once named a new teddy bear Cunty.. I had to make many suggestions before Grunty was approved as an alternative.

Conversely, I am baffled by the popularity of the name Amelia. I know it's a traditional name, but it's also a birth defect where the baby is missing limb/s.

Tote. And bucking the nn trend she could be ‘totes amazeballs’ for long.

I wanted to call my daughter tiara loved it so much but just couldn't 😂

Carrier is a surname, so could be a trendy name.

Oh and Polenta could be a nice girl's name - with inspiration from the Alpine region

I also like Bonnet(te) or Vase for a girl
Milinette for a girl (that's a variety of the pill for anyone who hasn't seen it)

Differin for a boy (that's an acne cream)
