To ask for your pictures of washing machines?

I have a three year old autistic DS who is in love with washing machines. He loves looking at photographs of them, and often my friends will send me pictures of theirs so that he can get a good fix. He particularly likes talking about the brands and the number of kg the washing machine can hold

I'm starting a new job with longer hours today, so it will be a hard transition for him. Some washing machine pictures would cheer him up I'm sure! Google is fine for images but this would make it a little more personal.

So: would it BU of me to ask for pictures of your washing machines?

Will come back on later with a picture. I’m very much a fan of ‘indulging’ the so-called autistic obsessions. I believe it can be really helpful and actually aids communication and lessens anxiety. My son has autism, too. Current intense interests are capital cities and mountains.

Ours has been very busy this weekend. Btw the 5kg refers to the dryer capacity as it's a washer dryer combo!

Mine doesn't state a capacity on the machine because it depends which programme you select (in case that inspires interest).

I was also going to suggest the ao.com website because they put loads of pictures and details on for each appliance because they want people to really know what they are buying, which can be hard to get a feel for on a website..

Very dirty and well used washing machine - we live on a farm, have two wild kids, play football, do lots of mountain biking .... and it takes a real beating daily!
