To ask for your pictures of washing machines?

I have a three year old autistic DS who is in love with washing machines. He loves looking at photographs of them, and often my friends will send me pictures of theirs so that he can get a good fix. He particularly likes talking about the brands and the number of kg the washing machine can hold

I'm starting a new job with longer hours today, so it will be a hard transition for him. Some washing machine pictures would cheer him up I'm sure! Google is fine for images but this would make it a little more personal.

So: would it BU of me to ask for pictures of your washing machines?

My laundry room is a mess, but I have this one. It has a "sink" in the top to scrub out stains and stuff, which is pretty cool.

Here's mine. It takes about 1.5 hours to run but also has a super quick option which is 30 mins for small loads!

I'm a little bit in love with my new washing machine so already had a photo of it on my phone from sending it to DH when I installed it and he was working away.
It's 9kg washer dryer and it has a cool add wash door. It also sings little tunes when it starts and finishes. Hope your son enjoys his washing machine thread!

It has lots of settings and beeps when it's done! I checked the booklet it came with and it holds 7kg. Washing machine is called 'wizzer the washbot'. She particularly likes to make loud noise when she washes towels and bedding! And today she smells of watermelon because she's had a wash herself after doing 4 loads of laundry for me this morning.

My NDN son will watch her for hours! And she puts babies to sleep within minutes with her whirley noises. My son loves to count the spins she does and claps when she has finished and does her 8 beeps. Wizzer the washbot is very much loved in my house, I hope your son enjoys looking at her

Not at home right now but will post later. I worked at Comet for many years, selling washing machines so I reckon if I ever met your DS, we could discuss spin speeds until the cows came home!

I have an autistic DS so totally get this This is my old washing machine, my new one looks just like the black one above so no point posting. It's a Beko 8kg (I think). It survived many years of daily use!

I actually took a video of my washing machine today because it keeps beeping for no reason and I'm convinced an engineer won't believe me when they come out so I just sat there filming, waiting for the beep. Living the high life over here right?!
