Please be specific.

OP posts:
GunpowderGelatine · 26/09/2019 22:54

Abolishing private schools would cripple state education. The country would need £2.5billion to cover the cost of the 600,000 pupils who would be placed into state education, as well as the spaces and resources they'd need.

Corbyn does not value women's spaces and believes men should access them. One step closer to Gilead

Cinammoncake · 26/09/2019 22:55

Why are you asking OP?

JasBBGG · 26/09/2019 22:58

Jeremy Corbin
Diane Abbott

Need I go on?

JasBBGG · 26/09/2019 22:59

*Corbyn

BanKittenHeels · 26/09/2019 23:01

I wonder how long the protected category of sex would exist under a Corbyn government.

noblegiraffe · 26/09/2019 23:08

Their education policies are shit.

Mind you so are the other parties. But Labour’s in particular.

everythingisginandroses · 26/09/2019 23:10

I might die of joy. But it'd be worth it Grin

doubtingmorag · 26/09/2019 23:11

He will “maintain and extend” the free-movement rights of EU citizens....did he learn nothing from the last 4 years ?

EustaciaPieface · 26/09/2019 23:18

Nothing. I’d be very happy if Labour were the next government.

chomalungma · 26/09/2019 23:18

You do realise the current Government have found the magic money tree.

And just think of the effect of all those smart pupils on the other children in state education, as well as all those excellent private school teachers. The effect would be great.

MustardScreams · 26/09/2019 23:18

@catdoctor

Yes you do need to go on. Naming people isn’t a decent argument, and please back up your claims with sources that aren’t redtop propaganda. Thanks.

Answerthequestion · 26/09/2019 23:27

Corbyn
Abbott
Seamus Milne

After 3 years they still haven’t decided if they are leave or remain
The enabling of anti semitism

They make the conservatives look efficient which is quite a feat in itself

Sn0tnose · 26/09/2019 23:28

In no particular order;

He intends to extend council tenant’s right to buy to those renting in the private sector.

His education policy is shocking.

His immigration policy is shortsighted and seems to be without any real understanding.

He intends to amend the GRA.

Corbyn, Abbott and Harman have said and done things which really are beyond awful. I fully appreciate that MPs from other parties have done similar, but you’re not asking about them.

CendrillonSings · 26/09/2019 23:32

Confiscation of private property, crushing taxes, abolition of private education, end of immigration controls, general incompetence of Corbyn, Abbott, etc.

Labour would be a historic disaster.

MustardScreams · 26/09/2019 23:32

Is Corbyn really, truthfully as bad as BJ and Cummings? Really? Are people actually willing to let the evil that currently resides in parliament to continue?

If not who will be voting for in the next few months?

GunpowderGelatine · 26/09/2019 23:33

@chomalungma what the private school teacher who would resign or retire? As it's a better option for them than overcrowded classes of 40 on less money?

CoolCarrie · 26/09/2019 23:34

He and his crew are clueless, ridiculous, sly hypocrites who are trying to shaft women’s rights, among many other things, so that why they would be useless, but most politicians at the moment are fucking clueless, ridiculous sly hypocrites, so god knows who the hell is left to vote for!

doubtingmorag · 26/09/2019 23:35

Is Corbyn really, truthfully as bad as BJ and Cummings? Really? Are people actually willing to let the evil that currently resides in parliament to continue?

You have to look at the long term impact his policies will have on future generations of this country, for years to come not the odious personality. so yes in answer to your question - he is a very dangerous man.

MustardScreams · 26/09/2019 23:37

Does anyone have examples? I’m genuinely interested to see why my option is so so different to so many!

MustardScreams · 26/09/2019 23:37

*opinion

Sn0tnose · 26/09/2019 23:38

If not who will be voting for in the next few months?

That is something I’m really going to struggle with this time. I can’t not vote, so it’s going to be a case of working out which of my principles I’m willing to back down on. The GRA is not one of them.

Rredlorryyellowlorry · 26/09/2019 23:39
  1. Jeremy Corbyn
  2. More union control
  3. See number 1
  4. Go to 1
Inebriati · 26/09/2019 23:39

Self ID will be introduced, women's rights and the Equality act will be abolished as a result.

There are already convicted rapists and sex offenders in women's prisons and its not even law yet. Women in prisons and hospitals are especially vulnerable. Mixed sex psychiatric wards have nothing to do with healing, they just keep you off the streets when you are too ill to look after yourself.

Amanduh · 26/09/2019 23:40

Taxes
Immigration
Everything John McDonnell says and stands for is terrifying
Corbyn is a spineless weasel and couldn’t form a decent opposition even during he trainwreck end of Theresa May
90% of their policies
Their delusional promises of their policies
Diane Abbott’s utter incompetence
Confiscation and sanctions on private property and possessions
Removal of women’s rights and spaces
The GRA
The fact they can’t actually decide what their party stands for
Jeremy Corbyn
Jeremy Corbyn
Jeremy Corbyn

PickAChew · 26/09/2019 23:41

The mere fact that Corbyn has unsustainable ideoligies (renationalising things that failed when they were nationalised, scrapping private schools - the elite wealthy will spend their money overseas, instead. Etc, etc. Right to buy for private tenancies - soundbites, anyhow, since it describes the state of poorly maintained housing that people only rent if they couldn't afford to buy anything or rent anything better). Let's not forget JC's disregard for the will of his party's people. He could be unanimously voted out as labour leader and refuse to leave. I wouldn't trust him with genuine power.
