To ask if you laugh out loud at reading the threads/posts here?

Just sitting here reading some of the old threads, and I sometimes just laugh out loud at some of the posts. The way some posters response to threads is so funny, the DCs will look at me confused " mum why are you laughing? " anyone else do this?

The snapped and farted thread had me in tears with laughter

I’ve definitely belly laughed at a few threads. Snapped and farted was one, along with screaming in the Sistine Chapel.

I’ve also had to stop reading the embarrassing sex/fart story threads because I’ve been shaking with laughter on the train.

I proper laughed at snapped and farted and even now it bring a smirk to my face.

I defo grin and sometimes chuckle out loud.

It was a thread about buying clothes, hairstyles or beauty items and then being disappointed. Poster said she saw this amazing leather biker jacket she just had to have and when she looked in the mirror she looked like Suzi Quatro's fat nan. Another got a pixie cut and her hair dyed red. She looked like a fat match grin The whole thread was hilarious. It's in Classics but I can't think of the title just now.*

Yep snapped and farted had me shaking with laughter, along with some of the embarrassing moment threads. Also Carol, Dick and the holiday threads recently had me giggling a bit

Some of the old Classics threads have made me properly laugh, and when I went through a spell of reading them when struggling with insomnia I did genuinely wake up DH or the cat a couple of times. The Tripadvisors reviews by thickos thread was a gem, and I remember snort-laughing at “I once fell over a potato” thrown into the midst of the “tell me about your worst interview” thread. Something about the unlikeliness and the poster’s spare way with words.

Most of the more recent Kult Komedy Klassics (eg snapped and farted) have left me cold though.

I also noticed there seems to be a lot of tea spitting, I thought I may have been the only one who didn’t drink tea whilst on MN
This did make me laugh a little to myself.

I have found myself smiling a little (usually leaving DH to wonder what is funny).

He has told me we need to get the washing in on case the spiders rub their willies on it. Thanks MNers

There’s been a few that’s had me giggling but nothing so violent as to unable to breathe or spitting tea out

Ok, RTFullT now. I agree about 'Snapped and Farted,' had me in tears. Ones about farting have me lolling. I remember reading about two during oral sex. Ones partner came up and said, 'Bloody hell love, that gave me a centre parting!' The other was, 'That made my eyes wobble.' I was laughing so much. I love a bit of toilet humor.

 I laughed out loud at "snapped and farted", the "penis beaker" one. Several of the embarrassing ones and even the comment on this thread by @Mollypolly2610 "sniggering like mutley" as this is me!

I didn't catch 'snapped and farted' as it happened so to speak. I was encouraged to read it months later as it was hilarious apparently.

I didn't understand it and I read the whole thing just in case.

Also Penis Beaker, I didn't get that either.

I hide anything involving farting, because I don't find farting very funny.

The only thread I've ever laughed out loud at was the one with boil in the vag, I can't actually remember what the thread was about but boil in the vag really really amused me.

Same here Sparkling, I didn't find either of those threads at all funny.

The one that really made me giggle was the artisan scotch egg one in Classics. I laughed at the recent one where OP was trying to help her DM with her new phone, probably because I'm always trying to help my dad with his.

There was one about a fucked up hedgehog cake that genuinely had me in tears. Still makes me chuckle now I think about it.......

Oh and husband eating the fat balls also v funny.
