Someone a few pages back got it spot on. Not caring or understanding how your behaviour impacts others. That’s it. Whether it be loud music, swearing in the street, littering, smoking weed.

I have tattoos, can be partial to a hooped earring, and swear like a trooper-but I also know when these things are appropriate and when they are not.
