£150 is a lot to give for someone you work with, for that money I would give a voucher for a wildlife experience, walk with wolves, falconry something like that.

Please don’t. Far better to make a donation to a wildlife trust in their name if you want to go down that path. Monkeys on clothes screams abuse and it’s honestly quite ugly.

I tend to stick to money in a card.
