If any grown man I know invited children to sleep in his bed with him there would be absolutely no question about what was going on. I am sure that most people would agree, why are so many people still deluding themselves about this?? Makes me so cross, why do they even play his music on the radio??

Bella I was just reading, Jordy Chandler was able to describe and draw distinct markings that he has seen on Michael's penis, suddenly you hear that he was been paid off by MJ very suspect. Well now he is dead, you have victims testimonies as evidence, what they are saying makes a lot of sense. Rather like JS, JS carried out similar behaviour towards children as MJ, but because MJ is a world famous popstar people do not want to believe that he did those things. Bella if you believe MJ is innocent, I presume you feel the same for Jimmy Saville then! Must be innocent right!

The list of items might have convinced you, or indeed me, but were not enough to convict as they were circumstantial (ie the prosecution contended that they could be used to groom, the jury decided that owning porn was not illegal).

This defence is getting even more absurd. Three points, firstly not all paedophiles are 'creepy', secondly actually I find a lot of Jackson footage with young children extremely creepy, and finally no video footage of child sexual abuse doesnt ever mean it didn't take place.

Yes a child defended him in court; it’s called grooming.

I think anyone who says just because he was found non guilty is proof enough is just plain stupid. Imagine how expensive those lawyers were he hired, literally the best lawyers money could buy. Also child abuse is hard to prove in court, with such little evidence especially if it’s not a recent crime.

Michael Jackson was extremely creepy in footage from that documentary. The way he talked about loving children is grim, and the footage of him walking arm in arm with all those children.

Wade and James said that they were threatened if they did not testify and if they told their parents, how many others were threatened in this way by MJ.

Ironically, they were threatened with action for perjury from 93 if they didn't re-testify.

Janet Arvizo alleged she was forced to film a Bashir rebuttal or someone acting on Jackson's behalf would report her again to the social services (odd that, if he was also under investigation)

I suggest Bella stop deluding themselves, and watch for themselves, and read the 'facts' in the links provided. Just seeing snippets of MJ speak in the documentary just gave me the chills, the inappropriate way in which he was talking about very young boys, and how he saw them, not as friends, it was more like how you speak about a lover or partner.

I absolutely believe these young men and my heart goes out to them. I watched last night and although I can't understand what the fuck those mothers were thinking, I do feel sorry for them. They know they royally fucked up and everyone is judging them.

What I don't understand is why they're not being charged with perjury. The boys have admitted lying under oath and have even said it wasn't repressed memory. What's the law on that?

Adrian Mcmanus and her husband stole $34000 from her family. They willfully and maliciously defrauded Shane and Megan McManus, Adrian's nephew and niece, out of their inheritance after their father died. They were sued by Rosalie Hill, the children’s guardian ad litem.

In1993 Adrian McManus committed perjury saying she had never seen Jackson commit any inappropriate behaviour. She was later sanctioned $66000 for lying in her deposition.

McManus, with other staff, claimed for unfair dismissal and were told to pay Jackson $1.4 million in damages after it was proven they had stolen from the property.

Selling a picture, selling memorabilia, allegedly selling hair on e-bay(?!) irrespective of the amounts or lack of planning involved you know full well that if it was a cleaner on Mumsnet, we'd all be saying get rid and that that person was not remotely trustworthy.

I have no respect whatsoever for the maid. She could have gone to the police with her suspicions and prevented further abuse but she chose not to. She is a proven scam-artist and defrauder.
