I get 25 (plus bank hols) days, and tbh I don't think I could take a job with much less than that.

The statutory minimum (28 including bank hols), seems to stingy, yet a lot of jobs seem to offer this. Even when i worked in a supermarket I got more than that.

27 days + bh + a week at Christmas + up to 12 days flexi.

At the moment, 20 days + 8 bank holidays. It's really not enough. My last job (I was made redundant) I had 26+8.

Just got a new job and the allowance is 25+ 8. I will never go below that much ever again!

5.6wks based on contracted hours, no bank hols. private care sector

33 days + BHs. Started at 28, up to 30 after 2 years and 33 after 5. New starters in the organisation now get 25, going up to 28 after 3 years. Up to 2 extra weeks can be purchased.

I get 28 plus BH where I was previously I got more. What I find hardest is that 8 are closure days do only get to chose 20 days leave per year...

23 days including 7 bank holidays. I work a 4 day week.

35 plus BHols. I wouldn’t go anywhere for less than 25 plus bank hols but am at a level in an industry where I can easily get 30+ as part of the overall package.

am I the only one on 20 days (+ bank hols)?

30 days A/L plus public holidays

30 days no bank holidays, and if you work a bank holiday it's normal pay as well

31 days (pro rata) plus 8 Bank Holidays, plus up to 13 flexi days.

12 weeks off no choice of days/weeks, paid for 4, wage pro-rated so take home the exact same amount each month, no TOIL,

33 days plus 8 bank holidays - Pro rata. NHS 20+ years service

I get 32, but choose to buy an extra 3 days, so my real allowance is 29. I also get bank holidays.

20 days plus bank holidays. But also “concession days” maybe 6/7 of these a year around bank holidays etc. Works out good and never feel like I get shafted.

27 + Bank Hols, plus can buy five more. So 40 total.

Then we do summer and Christmas hours, which is a flexi scheme for those periods.

21 days plus Christmas Day and New Year's Day plus Jan 2nd as it's a holiday here in Scotland.

This year I've got 36 + BH + 10 carried over from last year

30 and Bank Holidays, the Tuesday following Easter Monday and Christmas Eve to 2 January.

22 days including BH which fall on my working days, which I don’t think is that bad for working 3 days a week. I can’t remember what the FTE is.

30 days (pro rata) and bank holidays.

27 days plus bank holidays.. plus I can build up flexi time, so I usually take a flexi day every month to do house admin stuff (plumber visits, cats to the vet etc).

I’m a teacher so obviously I work term time but we do get time off (annually) for course days. And we can take 7 consecutive days for marriage leave (paid) obviously (hopefully just the once though), up to 5 days for family illnesses (annual), 1 day annually for family celebrations such as a wedding/graduation etc.
