How much exercise do you do per week?

How much exercise do you do throughout an average week? I feel like I’ve been so lazy recently and want to get back into it so looking for a bit of inspiration. Also interested in seeing if there are many others who pretty much do nothing like me. Thanks

Walk to work for an hour X 4 days
1 class a week
Usually do a longish walk at the weekend
I would like to do another class, but it's hard fitting it in around a full time job, two children and their hobbies and activities, and other things I like to do.

Sorry, I realised I have restarted an oldish thread. I was looking for inspiration about what classes other people do and ended up feeling guilty!

Getting ready for army training so more exercise than i’d like to be doing but nowhere near as much as the sergeants will make me do when I get there Grin

I trained as a dancer, so was super fit from being very small until I ‘retired’ in my early twenties. Now I’m 45, all my joints are fucked and I’m recovering from my 2nd spine operation within a year, so to answer your question, none.

And I don’t ever intend doing more than the absolute minimum to keep healthy!

Used to do loads - power lifting and running, mostly. Then I got pregnant and I was sick all the time so almost completely stopped. Lucky if I get in a walk to the shops now. Can't wait to get back into it

4-5 times a week, hour ish sessions. Mixture of cardio, weights, generally like walking and hiking though round where I live there aren't that many great places so don't do it enough really

I do cardio 3 times a week at the gym, usually rowing or running intervals, and strength training 1-3 times per week at the gym. The strength training depends on how busy it is sometimes. Then on the weekends usually we go for a long walk somewhere as well.
