Just got that really. Am doing the January thing if trying to eat a little healthier but usually have a takeaway on a Saturday- so compromise is making a home made curry that still involves butter and cream, but is a better choice than full takeaway with all the bells and whistles

A Pukka steak pie and a glass of water. Nothing else - I wasn't all that hungry.

I made a sort of paella dish with mussels and pancetta with mixed sun dried veg for DH and DS, served with salad and baby tomatoes.

I didn’t fancy it so I had the pancetta mixed with sundried veg on top of a ready made pasta, pine nut and spinach salad I bought reduced earlier today.

DH and I had a florentine with a cappuccino for pudding.

Vegetables from Morrison’s with king prawns from Sainsbury’s cos you can cook from frozen , fresh ginger and soy sauce was pretty good and very low cal and super quick.
