Just got that really. Am doing the January thing if trying to eat a little healthier but usually have a takeaway on a Saturday- so compromise is making a home made curry that still involves butter and cream, but is a better choice than full takeaway with all the bells and whistles

OP posts:

Pasta with tomato sauce and homemade meatballs, salad.

murasaki · 26/01/2019 21:56

Got some choriso/pulses sausages in the discount bit of waitrose last week (salmonella corner in our house) - so tray bake of them, red onion, garlic cloves, new potatos and a few extra chorizo slices.

Lovely. We are stuffed.

Salmon and prawn linguine, with chilli, garlic and fresh tomatoes for the grown ups.

Too much homemade chocolate crispie cake for everyone. Grin

shazkiwi · 26/01/2019 22:11

Baked potato, baked beans & meat/veggie sausages. Me & OH both came down with colds/sore throats last night & did not feel like cooking so we went with the easy option that was guaranteed to be eaten by the children.

OneStepMoreFun · 26/01/2019 22:12
