What you’ve had for Saturday night dinner

Just got that really. Am doing the January thing if trying to eat a little healthier but usually have a takeaway on a Saturday- so compromise is making a home made curry that still involves butter and cream, but is a better choice than full takeaway with all the bells and whistles

Oven baked salmon (have perfected the method to get it spot on every time).

Smitten kitchen's feta and red cabbage slaw. It has toasted sesame seeds, fresh herbs and lime juice plus i always add some interesting spices.

Homemade curry (not from scratch- used mayflower curry sauce) added lots of chicken veg spinach

I usually make a large portion on a Friday night and we have it Saturday too (cheaper saves cleaning - enough cleaning in a Saturday around here)

Roasted squash, spinach, chicken baked with olives and tomatoes, all in a wrap with grated cheese and sour cream. Delicious!

We were supposed to be having cheese/pate/salad type stuff from the fridge, but somehow I ended up ordering takeaway.
