I don't watch all those odd programmes they present but the man

-cheated on his wife with his PA, now girlfriend, and she is quite obviously pregnant
-writes an article flaunting his love for his new girlfriend while still divorcing his wife
-caused a nasty accident and was subsequently convicted of drink driving

• has not worked for a whole year

yet apparently won an award last night!

Others in the public eye who have done what he has done get vilified (look at Prince Philip's car accident!)

Ant has done what most women on this site would suggest.He left an unhappy marriage.

I feel sorry for Lisa she did everything she could to help Ant

Do you know them personally? She has not made a statement, she is just 'liking' other peoples guesswork on social media.
We have no idea at all what happened in their marriage.

And as dustarr73 said, plenty of people are advised to leave an unhappy marriage. That's what he did.
