AIBU to ask if your DH watches porn?

Do you think he does? Does he admit it? My man reckons he doesn't but deep down we both know it's a lie!

I don't watch it, not because I'm bothered by the industry - it just doesn't appeal or interest me. My wife sometimes watches some.

No he doesn’t, and I do know that as we are pretty much always together unless he’s at work or playing golf. If I am at the gym or the shops then he’s looking after baby.

We both do so it's not an issue here as long as it doesn't effect our sex life negatively were both fine with it

Gosh they’ve really pulled one over on you if you believe that it’s some kind of Male need to watch porn.

My husband doesn’t watch porn and he’s left stag dos early when they’ve gone to a lap dancing club.
He just thinks the whole industry is vile and is very vocal about it.
He’s very stuck in his ways and once he’s made a decision then that’s that so I’d be more likely to believe France doesn’t exist than he’s saying one thing and doing another. In the same way I know he’s not telling everyone he’s vegan then eating meat when no ones looking.
He also gets really annoyed when people assume that he has these principles because he’s being somehow forced by me, he’s a grown man.

I think it’s so unbelievably infantising to men to suggest they can’t live a happy life without porn.

I mean men have been wanking for millennia without it.

Though when we first met he used to spend ages in his study ‘working on his spreadsheets’ which I thought for ages was a euphemism until I got to know him better and actually saw some of his ridiculously complicated spreadsheets and learnt that he was actually working on his spreadsheets. Grin

There are plenty, PLENTY! of women who watch porn. Some of there women have husbands and partners.

My husband does on occasion, I don't know when he has time atm but I'm sure he will. Doesn't bother me, I have a few times in my 29 years. I personally think nearly all men do even of their wives think they don't .

Wow, so how did millions of men survive before porn was available? Not all men watch it. My husband doesn't although he has in the past. I would be very upset if he lied about it but I believe him.

We sometimes watch hentai together, often for the storylines more than anything else...

Yeah I'm sure he does sometimes, as do i. I don't really care and it's not something we talk about but equally would happily talk about it, it just doesnt come up. Like we don't generally discuss our poos or anything else private and irrelevant to anything else!

All men don't. If I found my DH watching it I'd be sickened and things would never be the same between us again. It would be a dealbreaker. I'd never be able to see him and my young daughter being in the same room together and not think of him watching porn.

No. I have quite a lot of male friends. Some do but some categorically, do not and are either simply not interested or vehemently anti the entire industry.

I've never watched it and never will.
