For me, Malory Towers. I still love those books and always enjoy reading about the outdoor pool, Gwendoline's misdemeanours, and Mamzelle's eccentricities.

Probably Hogwarts - Owls are lovely.

LittleBearPad · 16/11/2018 14:52

Chalet School without a doubt

IHaveBrilloHair · 16/11/2018 14:52

Malory Towers for me too.

Pursefirst · 16/11/2018 14:54

Hogwarts for sure!

GerdaLovesLiIi · 16/11/2018 14:54

St. Trinians School for Young Ladies. Obviously.

fourcorneredcircle · 16/11/2018 14:54

Malory towers. But I have a feeling I’m not middle class enough. So, hogwarts seems the most sensible option Grin

Sroket · 16/11/2018 14:54

Hogwarts!

FiveGoMadInDorset · 16/11/2018 14:55

Trebizon

DappledThings · 16/11/2018 14:56

Definitely the Chalet School. A lot of my childhood was spent fantasising about that. I had a folder of drawings I did of the uniforms and family trees for news characters I invented who were there with me!

kenandbarbie · 16/11/2018 14:56

I always wanted to go to Malory towers, my parents tricked me into going to my secondary school by telling me they had hats like in Malory towers (they didn't). But in hindsight hogwarts, the lessons would be much more fun.

IdblowJonSnow · 16/11/2018 14:57

Mallory towers or Trebizon. Rebecca was a great heroine!

PhilODox · 16/11/2018 14:57

Chalet School, no contest.
DD too!

JacquesHammer · 16/11/2018 14:57

Melling or Trebizon

BertrandRussell · 16/11/2018 14:58

Kingscote.

TeenTimesTwo · 16/11/2018 14:59

Hogwarts or the one that Jennings and Derbyshire went to.

Which is Trebizon?

Steelesauce · 16/11/2018 14:59

Hogwarts, but I'm probably more suitable for St trinians Grin

Clothrabbit · 16/11/2018 15:00

I think Kingscote is the most realistic of all fictional boarding schools. But it doesn't sound as much fun as some of the others. No midnight feasts, or mysterious new girls that have to be followed in the middle of the night or hi jinks in the dorm.

St Claire’s or Hogwarts

Naty1 · 16/11/2018 15:00

Hogwarts

YouCantBeSirius · 16/11/2018 15:01

Hogwarts

RomaineCalm · 16/11/2018 15:02

Malory Towers without a doubt.

I want the swimming pool hollowed out from the rocks, the midnight feasts with tinned peaches and ginger cake and the brown tunic with the orange belt.

RobinHumphries · 16/11/2018 15:03

Hogwarts as I went to the Chalet School obviously

JacquesHammer · 16/11/2018 15:03

Which is Trebizon?

Series of books set in Devon in the 80s. Absolutely fabulous! Written by Anne Digby

CalamityJane10 · 16/11/2018 15:03

Whyteleafe School from the Blyton Naughtiest Girl books.

Clothrabbit · 16/11/2018 15:04

I always found the Trebizon books a bit bland, like a pale imitation of Malory Towers.
