For me, Malory Towers. I still love those books and always enjoy reading about the outdoor pool, Gwendoline's misdemeanours, and Mamzelle's eccentricities.

I'd have to vote for one of clare mallory's I think. Winwood perhaps. I would have liked ironsides and the latimer, but the rest of Kingscote would leave me failing to measure up. And being made to do things someone else could do better is just cringeworthy. I always felt sorry for jess geddes

Quirm College for Young Ladies

I once went to Pertisau for a summer holiday & stayed at the Kron Prinz Karl, and walked past the Hotel Post on the way to the rack & pinion train down to Spartz. We also got the cable car up to the San & walked down to the lake from there (Didn't fancy the walk up...) Never wanted to go to the school because of the cold baths though - I fancied being the only girl in the Remove at Greyfriars, with a study to myself.
