Period- what your DP do this?

It's the first day of my period and I'm in a fair bit of pain. Feeling a bit sorry for myself and just fancy a sparkling lemon flavoured water from Tesco. Asked DP 10 mins ago if he would go get me one and he categorically said no. I know it's late but aibu to ask. I am on the verge of tears and just would love a "treat"

Mine would absolutely do it without a question but this is why I'd never ask. Especially at that time of day.

I wouldn't even ask! If I'd wanted something completely unnecessary at that time of night, I'd have got it myself. If my DP was out anyway and I asked him to get something, he would, but I can't imagine asking him to go out that late for a bottle of juice...really...
