To strip the bed straight after sex?

What do you do? Was late last night, enjoying some fun in bed, but then the practical side of me took over. I was so conscious of the huge wet patch and then starting thinking about all the washing that needed doing without the thought of the bed sheets the fun had passed for me.
Usually we'd put a towel over the patch but it was sopping, so I stripped the sheet off. Is that really bad? Does it ruin the moment?
What do you do to avoid this situation?

We perfected no mess sex. My wet patch days are well behind me thank god.

ItsLikeRainOnYourWeddingDay · 28/10/2018 18:08

Towel always. But if no towel I would have to strip the bottom sheet off. Can't sleep in that. Yuck.

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 28/10/2018 18:08

I’d say it ruins the moment. How sterile.

Annandale · 28/10/2018 18:08

Erm... i just don't think about laundry that much. I empathise with getting distracted from good sex by other stuff going on in my head, but i can't imagine stripping the bed afterwards.

JupiterBelle · 28/10/2018 18:09

Get the wet patch on his side...

Sinead100 · 28/10/2018 18:09

Get used to flinging whatever top you were wearing under your bum to avoid the wet patch altogether!

SilentIsla · 28/10/2018 18:10

TMI

bigchris · 28/10/2018 18:11

Racecardriver

Shouldn't you elaborate Grin

toomuchfaster · 28/10/2018 18:12

What wet patch?? I've never understood this, but I'd think you were a bloody weirdo if you leapt out of bed and stripped it after DTD.

RatUnholyRolyPoly · 28/10/2018 18:13

As a one-off I think it's okay, but personally I think there's something sexy about extending the debauchery to a complete disregard for household chores.

LeslieYep · 28/10/2018 18:13

We're the same as racecar, no wet patches here either. Finish and we go straight to bathroom to 'tidy'. I've perfected the waddle needed to get to the loo without 'issues'.

bigchris · 28/10/2018 18:14

We just cuddle and go to sleep

birdladyfromhomealone · 28/10/2018 18:14

I go to the loo right away. hate wet patch!

DinoGreen · 28/10/2018 18:15

Never really have a wet patch - but I’m the jump up and run straight to the loo sort which in its own way is equally clinical!

RhinestoneCowgirl · 28/10/2018 18:17

I just slip a pair of knickers on afterwards (sometimes affectionately known as jizz pants), no wet patch

crazyspaniellady · 28/10/2018 18:17

Aren’t you meant to keep a towel in your bedside drawer alongside the penis beaker? Hmm

bichonbaby · 28/10/2018 18:19

Slip a pair of knickers on? Whilst you are full of cum??

JeremyCorbynsBeard · 28/10/2018 18:20

I seem to remember the 'crusty sex towel' that one Mner kept under her bed. May have been on the penis beaker thread in fact.

Gigglebrain · 28/10/2018 18:23

Penis beaker?

We have a packet of wipes in bedside drawer.

BuggerOffAndGoodDayToYou · 28/10/2018 18:24

We use condoms so it’s not an issue for us but I certainly couldn’t be changing the sheets every time we have sex as i only have three sets (is that a stealth boast 😉).

PeanutButterLips · 28/10/2018 18:24

Yep another one here who waddles to the bathroom afterwards with legs clenched together
Then knickers on after to get the rest that didn't come out haha
No wet patch here

PipGoesPop · 28/10/2018 18:24

'sopping' ? now you're just showing off

Magicstar1 · 28/10/2018 18:25

I’m asleep about 30 seconds after finishing so don’t even notice a wet patch

bigchris · 28/10/2018 18:27

Same as magicstar, I wonder if the ones going straight to the loo don't finish?

Whitecurrants · 28/10/2018 18:28

Its going to be one of those evenings isn't it?
