I've not name-changed. I'm an intermittent poster. There are occasional parking problems in my street and I don't loathe my MIL.

AIBU?

If you are being a CF then YABVVU, unless you're not, then YANBU. However, if they are being CFs then YANBU, but if they are not then YABU. in short YABU unless YANBU.

(Love this thread, all of MN in one handy bite size thread!)

YANBU to blame the teachers. No school has the right to stop your children riding in the batmobile.

YoThePussy · 14/10/2018 12:55

Just to say Kei I have spent the last six hours licking gin off my keyboard. As my dear old granny used to say ‘Waste not, want not, scrape it off the carpet and eat it’.

GoingToInfinity · 14/10/2018 12:59

OP if you insist on leaving your washing out at all hours of day and night, it is going to get darker on. YABVVU and a CF neighbour. Sounds like you need an elderly Korean Lady to come and sort you out. If all else fails, call SS.

thighofrelief · 14/10/2018 13:02

I'm afraid.

DianaT1969 · 14/10/2018 13:05

How are you feeling today OP? Thanks

Resurgam2016 · 14/10/2018 13:06

Just caught DH with NDN. Think I might go NC with MIL right away.

I can't believe you spent that much on a handbag -

and while I'm here can someone find me some shoes for a wedding? I won't bother to come back and thank you.

thighofrelief · 14/10/2018 13:07

OP could you draw a picture of yourself so we can see whether you are a heavy drinker?

chestylarue52 · 14/10/2018 13:11

Everyone’s piling on the OP but we don’t know the circumstances, maybe she has agrophobia and actually can’t leave the house?

chestylarue52 · 14/10/2018 13:13

Also, I don’t know why you’d expect a plus one, it’s not like you live together Hmm

thighofrelief · 14/10/2018 13:18

Not to merail but i have a load in the tumble dryer, a load in the machine, a load in the hamper, a load on the stairs and a load in my pants.

DianaT1969 · 14/10/2018 13:20

Can we stop victim-blaming? OP have you installed spyware in his phone yet?
You can buy spycams on Amazon and leave them in every bathroom he uses.
Get yourself to a STD clinic too.

DianaT1969 · 14/10/2018 13:37

Not to derail the thread, but I'm going to Lidl and have £10 to spend. What should I buy?

thighofrelief · 14/10/2018 13:41

Diana chocolate and freixenet

paxillin · 14/10/2018 13:50

What about the bloody twins, OP? You pick the three posters who say YANBU to respond to and ignore all other questions.

ZaZathecat · 14/10/2018 13:50

I don't know why you are so suspicious of your DP and NDN. I think you are controlling.

ZaZathecat · 14/10/2018 13:51

My DH is often in that pose with his female friends, as am I with mine.

ZaZathecat · 14/10/2018 13:51

But you'll ignore me as usual.

HeronLanyon · 14/10/2018 13:54

@thighofrelief always merailing sigh.

thighofrelief · 14/10/2018 14:03

Heron I just have so many emotions and feelings too. Where do you live?

NaughtToThreeSadOnions · 14/10/2018 14:10

Oh op unmumsnetty hugs Flowers

Pout yourself a Gin and take a friend away for a spa weekend and get your ducks in a row.

Hope you take him to the cleaners when you LTB, and you get the batmobile and make sure he pays for the twins fees at eton.

smurfy2015 · 14/10/2018 14:11

Resurgam2016 · 14/10/2018 14:11
