I eat awfully lately , little variety , too much beige and an inability to stop at a couple of biscuits. I’m trying to get more variety again as I’m stuck in a rut so please inspire me with what you have eaten today or what you will eat for those that eat dinner/tea later in the evening.

Breakfast: Oat cereal and milk, fromage frais, tea
Lunch: cheese, ham, tomato sandwiches, egg mayonnaise, handful of grapes, water
Coffee, Apple juice
Dinner: chicken Kiev, new potatoes, broccoli, water, apple and blackcurrant crumble with vanilla ice cream

Didnt hear alarm and by some miracle woke up just in time to get to work on time, then straight to it so no breakfast 😩. For lunch I had a ham and mustard sandwich, natural yoghurt and melon and grapes. For dinner I had chicken and broccoli stir fry with rice, and a slice of M&S chocolate and vanilla cheesecake for pudding. Yum . No snacks or biscuits today, weirdly Hmm purely because I was so busy I think

Just dinner. Meatloaf and a basic salad with a flake as a treat.

About 12 cups of tea too.

I ate..2 slices wholemeal toast with butter and marmite.
2 Rosemary crunchy flat breads with bit of cheese.
Quorn korma curry with tinsy bit of rice as not enough for everyone..and 2 popadums.
6 rich tea fingers and 2 bourbon biscuits.
2 cappuccinos and small glass red wine.and various cordials.

I wanted a 6 pack of cheesy wotsits and a slab of fudge and a bottle of original lucozade...but i didn't! Grin
I am hormonal ( in a peri menopause stylee)

L: tuna sarnie on wholemeal bread, packet of whole grain crisps
D: shepherds pie, peas
S: mini choc brownie (2), 2 Reeses pieces cups, two pieces wholemeal toast with honey
Drinks: coffee/water/glass white wine

Can I add my meal didn't go exactly to plan. I ate my stif fry dinner then had 2 hazelnut wafers and 1 bourbon and 1 rich tea with a glass of milk Blush

No breakfast, Costa Skinny Vanilla Latte on way home from the school run.

Lunch - John West Tuna and Couscous pot thing with salad

Dinner - Buffalo chicken casserole thing with brown rice

Snacks - cups of tea (3) and a wee bar of Love Cocoa honeycomb chocolate.

Trying to gain weight so a lot more sweet things than I'd normally eat (have a savoury tooth!)

Breakfast - 2x wholemeal toast, Lurpak and scrambled egg, full fat strawberry yogurt
Mid morning - tangerine, slice of lemon curd tart, apple and cuppa tea
Lunch - Cheese savoury poppy seed roll, fab ice lolly and half a bag of maltesers
Tea - Chicken fajitas, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, grated cheese.
Just about to have a lemon curd sandwich on white bread with Lurpak (it's the law that lemon curd sandwiches have to be made with white bread)

I had granola and natural yoghurt for breakfast with a cup of tea. For lunch I had a wrap with tsatsiki and haloumi and rocket, for dinner I had a cheesy mushroom bake with some oven chips and sweet corn.

I had toast and marmalade for breakfast with a cup of tea. I've been having porridge for the past week, but we didn't have enough milk for that and tea first thing! For lunch I had some homemade soup (pea and mint) with a slice of bread. Dinner I had ham and chicken tangle pie (a Hairy Bikers recipe) with carrots, peas and beans, and then a fruit salad (strawberry, banana, raspberry with Greek yoghurt) for afters.

I'm pregnant so trying to eat healthily, but I did just have a hot chocolate with marshmallows and cream...

Oh and I also had a pack of Pom Bears mid-afternoon after my whooping cough/flu jab!

Can of Pepsi max
Mini cheddars

Roast lamb, roast potatoes , cauliflower cheese, kale, broccoli, carrots and 2 yorkshires with gravy
Homemade sticky toffee pudding with a smidgeon of cream

Glass of prosecco

B: scrambled eggs with spring onion and cherry tomatoes (x3 eggs but no toast though!)
L: 4 mini falafel, 2 mini wholemeal pittas, homemade Greek salad and hummus
D: homemafe Bolognese, 60g wholemeal pasta, salad and small sandwich steak.

Lots of water, 4 cups of tea with semi skimmed milk. No snacks.

Breakfast was a Pret smoked salmon and egg baguette, and coffee
Lunch was gnocchi with pesto and garlic bread from the work canteen, with a Diet Coke, plus an orange
Dinner was a prawn, broccoli and red pepper stir fry with rice noodles, with lemongrass and ginger cordial
Two biscuits and a cuppa at a meeting this evening

Not my healthiest ever day but not too many snacks at least

Chocolate almond milk and berry smoothie for breakfast. Vegetarian chilli with some hot chicken thighs for lunch. No dinner as I was full from lunch still (had a big portion).

Breakfast: packet of custard creams (150g)
Lunch: slice of cheese and onion quiche, salad garnish, slice bread and butter
Grapes, 2 satsuma
Dinner: crispy beef chilli Thai noodles

Obviously breakfast was a disaster. Going to stop buying a newspaper at the corner shop until I get a grip.

I’ve not had the best of days food wise:

Breakfast: tea and coffee
Lunch: Kale and pomegranate salad with home ease yoghurt and lemon dressing and some chicken
Evening meal: Lamb steak with quinoa and corn
Snacks: grapes, bag of baked walkers crisps, handful of peanut m and ms and a slice of toast

I'm the same OP. I'm trying to wean myself off cake & biscuits. Today, milk with fruit n fibre cereal,2 oranges, lunch was large bowl of broccoli as I just fancied it & a Cheese sandwich. Couldnt be bothered with dinner. Was going to do chicken & homemade pasta salad with cucumber, sweetcorn, onions etc but that's tomorrow now.

I hope this continues as I love hearing what everyone else eats.

This is the plan.....
Breakfast - 0% fat Greek yogurt with banana and blueberries
Snack - 2 x boiled eggs
Lunch - M&S chicken and chorizo soup
Snack - orange and apple
Dinner - chicken salad with reduced fat cesear dressing

Will prob snack on corn cakes and peanut butter Blush

I spin on Tuesday nights and I burn about 450-600 cals

Thank you for starting this thread. Because of it I realised how unhealthily I was eating. Started today with a bowl of blueberries and melon. Two of the five a day down already!

So this is the plan for today, healthier than yesterday but this pregnancy has made me hungry all the time, I have to eat regularly!

Overnight oats made with 40g oats, Skyr strawberry yog, dash of soya milk and mixed berries
Natural Valley cereal bar
Salad with cooked chicken and Tilda brown/basmati rice, walkers baked crisps
Apple, may have to have a packet of quinoa chips if I'm starving!
Hard boiled egg and ryvita cracker
Smoked haddock risotto, Danone yoghurt
