I eat awfully lately , little variety , too much beige and an inability to stop at a couple of biscuits. I’m trying to get more variety again as I’m stuck in a rut so please inspire me with what you have eaten today or what you will eat for those that eat dinner/tea later in the evening.

Porridge with honey, Tea
Sweet popcorn at cinema, cappuccino
Pasta with veg and meatballs, water
Tonight will be an Indian takeaway and alcohol free beer

B - All bran, mashed up banana, almond milk all heated up with vanilla yoghurt on top
L - Ate out - pad thai
S - A few smarties
D - ham & mushroom omelette

Not enough tea or water.

Linda McCartney 1/4lb burger split between two Schär gluten-free ciabatta rolls, with sweet potato fries
Two wines and a bag of watermelon Candy Kittens.

Mine all went wrong at the end!

B - toast, peanut butter and apple

L - poached eggs on toast

S - tea and scone out with friends

D - spaghetti bolognaise and salad

Evening - 2 glasses red wine, small handful nuts, half a bag of crisps, 2 chocolate chip cookies and 3 kinder bars (the small kids size)

FFS, I need to stop that Angry

Breakfast: a cup of black coffee, a glass of juice and a yoghurt

Lunch: cheese toastie

Dinner: homemade (batch cooked and defrosted) veggie chilli with rice

Not great today:

Wholemeal toast with butter and honey
Quinoa burgers with creamed spinach, cucumber and sweetcorn
Small piece of cheddar cheese
Loads of Lindt chocolate
Will probably have a salad for dinner in attempt to make up for chocolate binge

Porridge for breakfast.
Vegetable soup with a wholemeal chicken sandwich for lunch.
A banana and a slice of cheese (separately!) for snack
Tonight I will ruin my good work (i.e. lots of porridge and vegetable soup this week!) by having a burger!

Tea and toast with marmite/butter at 930am, toad in the hole, mash, carrots, cabbage and onion gravy at 4pm. Will have some spotted dick and custard for pudding after Dr Who later.
Only drinking tea today. Currently on mug number 4.

B: Bowl of Frosties with skimmed milk
L: Ham and sald sarnie, bag of cheese & onion crisps, followed by a vanilla yoghurt
D: Will probably have 3 low fat sausages, mashed potato and peas. Ginger cake & custard for pudding

Dinner is roast chicken and trimmings

Drinks are water, squash, Diet Coke and a becks blue at the pub (thank god for alcohol free beer! Went for a long walk and doing sober October)

B - coconut porridge with an options hot chocolate sachet cooked into it. Yoghurt & dessicated coconut for toppings.
L - chicken & ham lasagne, salad, finished off DC's strawberries & chocolate sauce, 2 satsumas
D - lamb hotpot soup & a soda farl with butter for later at work. Also brought a pear.

Might have a toffee crisp biscuit later, although I have had a bit of chocolate today, so maybe not!

3 teas, 4 coffees, loads of water.

Porridge pot with chopped banana
Beans on toast (one thick slice, lots of beans)
Roast dinner but with 2 veggie sausage instead of meat
Might have a glass of wine later if I fancy it

Museli with nuts for breakfast
Small bowl of salad leaves with a small ladle of mixed bean casserole in top for lunch and one slice of garlic baguette. Pear for pudding.
Apple for afternoon snack.
Will be a piece of bread pudding for dinner with a cup of tea, Sunday treat!

Kid free weekend so definitely an anomaly.

At 7 am I scoffed leftover fish and chips whilst watching F1.

Haven't eaten anything else as I'm feeling a bit queasy (see above).

B- 2 slices of toast with butter and a grind of salt! Coffee, juice

L- Spag Bol ( we had friends over for lunch and this is one meal all the visiting little fussy eaters will wolf down and my own dc love it)

Snack- 3 chocolate digestives

D- sausage, mash, peas and onion gravy. 1 large glass of white wine

L- Sunday roast with Apple crumble

Then went to a fair and had mushy peas and mint sauce, 2 doughnuts and a toffee apple.

Now snacking on popcorn and having a glass of wine

Not the healthiest of days Grin

B- Porridge made with 50g oats, skimmed milk and cinnamon

L- Chicken salad sandwich, carrot sticks, a couple of jelly beans

S- 2 mini ginger bread men and 2 mini twister ice lollies

D- Singapore chicken noodles

S- Will be a magnum ice cream and possibly a banana just to get some fruit in!

Yesterday I had:
B: milky coffee, a small banana
L: veg & bean soup, 2 slices diet toast and laughing cow light.
Snack: skinny cappuccino, a pear.

D: dominos - 3 tiny chicken wings: 4 slices very thin n crispy pizza, 1/2 bottle of white wine.
One Vodka & Diet Coke.

Today:
Brunch: beans, Tomatoes and poached egg on toast.
Snack: diet yoghurt.
Dinner; pork & veg stirfry with noodles, 2 small bottles beer.
One Vodka & Diet Coke.

I’m meant to be on a diet but the booze drags me down!
