I eat awfully lately , little variety , too much beige and an inability to stop at a couple of biscuits. I’m trying to get more variety again as I’m stuck in a rut so please inspire me with what you have eaten today or what you will eat for those that eat dinner/tea later in the evening.

B- Crumpets ( 1 with jam, 1 with Nutella) coffee

L- scrambled egg with ham and cheese, 2 slices seedy toast. 2 squares white chocolate

D- tonight is going to be home made cheese pizza & salad. Wine

No breakfast or lunch as usual.
Dinner is hot dogs, then lots of fruit after.
Just something quick and a bit snacky really for Dd getting home from school as she'll get a free meal at the end of her shift in the Chinese takeaway she works in.

B- 2 pieces toast with peanut butter

L- half a chicken breast with pesto, chickpeas and broccoli (using leftovers)

D- going to an Italian restaurant so pasta of some sort with a few vodka and diet cokes

Snacks - fruit

B: Spinach, avocado, banana, peanut butter, flaxseed and almond milk smoothie

L: M and S bean salad

Mid-afternoon: Bowl of vegetable tagine
Pumpkin brownie

D: Lentil, artichoke and prune salad (sounds insane but so delicious)
Big plate of raw veg

Snacks: Pack of seaweed
Dark chocolate
Orange

Chicken avocado and chilli wrap for lunch around 2pm. A billion cups of tea. Chomping grapes now whilst waiting for sausage mash and gravy for dinner.

A flat white for 'breakfast'.
Some leftover macaroni cheese heated up for lunch.

I've just roasted some butternut squash and red onions to make a couscous thing later on this evening.

Hungover (yep, on a week day - it's been a stressful few days/weeks) so:

About 5 Jaffa cakes
A BLT wrap
Another wrap with some of last night's meatloaf in it

Pretty atrocious really but hey ho.

I have IBS and also feel horribly sluggish if I eat during the day, so I don't.

Two mugs of strong tea with semi skimmed.

A smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwich, about a tablespoon of hummus, large carrot cut into batons. Flat white coffee.

More tea and tiny piece of chocolate birthday cake.

Dinner is a M&S chinese meal deal (chicken, veg and noodle stir fry with a sauce) and half a bottle of sauv blanc.

Cauliflower and cheese pasta with mozzarella salad - a bit of a cheese overdose, so I left some of it. Fried eggs and beans on toast- real comfort food

L - Butternut squash soup

D - Chinese takeaway (veg spring rolls, chicken and green peppers in black bean sauce, egg fried rice)

Snacks - nakd bar and activia yogurt

Drinks - 2 litres water and 1 double gin and tonic

I haven't eaten yet, I shall eat tonight a baked potato with some butter bean and mushroom thing on top, maybe spicy, maybe creamy, haven't decided on that yet, with broccoli. YUM :)

Yesterday:

Weetabix x 3
Pain au chocolat
Cacao and peanut butter bar
Slice of chicken pie with gravy
Biscuit and raisin yorkie
Pork steak with potatoes in a creamy sauce, cabbage and mange tout
Half a pack of milky bar buttons

Feel better now?! My diet is not great at the moment, I need a lot more fruit and veg in there.

Yesterday was a croissant, a sushi tray, half an Aldi ham and mushroom pizza and a slice of garlic bread. Drinks were three becks blue, two cans of Diet Coke and about 3 pints of water Smile
