I eat awfully lately , little variety , too much beige and an inability to stop at a couple of biscuits. I’m trying to get more variety again as I’m stuck in a rut so please inspire me with what you have eaten today or what you will eat for those that eat dinner/tea later in the evening.

Today was not a good day but in my defence I am 35 weeks pregnant

B - Fruit and fibre cereal and a couple of slices of toast with butter
L - Small jacket potato with beans and cheese
D - Roasted tomatoes, olives, capers and feta with brown pasta
Maltesers

And for snacks: more toast, some pretzels, peanuts and some hula hoops

Must do better tomorrow!

How is that a bad food day ! That’s hardly any bad foods . Limited though (calories )

I realise that I either snack a lot or you lot really don’t have anything between meals !

breakfast: Banana, choc corn cake Lunch: avo, cheese,egg, coleslaw, tomato and sweet corn salad Supper: home made Cottage pie and broccoli. X 2 decaf coffees and water.

Four slices of thick white toast with butter and Tesco yeast extract (better than proper marmite in my opinion.)

A Big Mac, medium fries, ice cream cone with a flake and a berry smoothie. (I have a Maccy D's once a month. Grin Today was the day!

An (enourmos) apple.

Two tiny bars of chocolate.

Most of the lipstick I've applied today.

B-I skipped.
L-a large mixed salad with 2 boiled eggs a couple of slices of cheese,1 slice of cornedbeef and some salad cream.
S-Chocolate and orange hi-fi bar.
D-H/M lasagna and large salad.
S-Chocolate and orange hi-fi bar.
Supper-a small cheese,ham and mushroom omelette.

Love Reading people's food

B I had 3 coffee's with ss milk

L 3 little pieces of Toasted wheaten bread with thinly sized cheese

S grapes

D 1 small peppered burger in a brioche roll with caramelised onions. Served with champ (fancy mashed potato I guess ) and strangely no extra veg. Half a glass of cider

I had to eat the second half of the burger a few hours after dinner as I was full.

Im staying at a friend's at the minute visiting so dinner wasn't my selection ☺️

Trying to eat less myself. Today I've had half a Apple (shared with Ds) and a yogurt. Will have salad for lunch and dinner maybe toad in the hole with mash and beans

Breakfast - porridge with a spoon of PB and raspberries
Snack - banana
Lunch - ham, cheese and tomatoes chutney sandwich on seeded bread, bag of low fat crisps, yoghurt

May have a protein shake this afternoon if hungry

Tea will be chicken in satay sauce, sweet potato mash and veg

Breakfast: banana & strawberry porridge with bananas cooked in, raspberry yoghurt, tea
Lunch: omelette with mushrooms, ham, tomatoes and cheese, mini cake bar, malted milk biscuit, tea
Dinner: trout parcels with aspargus, tenderstem broccoli and brown rice.

I forsee loads more tea this afternoon / evening and I drink loads of water throughout the day.

I will also have some chocolate while catching up with The Apprentice later.

D- the plan for tonight is home made madras with rice, popadoms and chutney with 2 glasses of wine

Bowl of cereal and oat milk eaten while running around the house

Salad of beetroot, roast sweet potato, quinoa, hummus, salad leaves and a samosa

Big slice of home made polenta cake

Dinner will be cottage pie topped with sweet potato and served with cavolo nero

Loads of coffee and tea

B - Leon poached egg pot with mushroom and halloumi
L - chicken, rice and edamame soup
IN between about 6 cornflake cluster bites, pack of seasame snaps, a jaffa cake, and one quarter of a BLT sandwich left over from a meeting
Dinner will be birdseye chicken strips and beans

D - will be a big salad or eggs on toast depending on what DP gets from the shop
