I eat awfully lately , little variety , too much beige and an inability to stop at a couple of biscuits. I’m trying to get more variety again as I’m stuck in a rut so please inspire me with what you have eaten today or what you will eat for those that eat dinner/tea later in the evening.

Today, I've had 50g of oats, almond milk and a peach for breakfast, an apple mid morning, and a tuna and cucumber sandwich for lunch with a banana. I'm now onto a mid afternoon hot chocolate and cereal bar... Cake nom nom!
But my dinner is going to be a pizza tonight ... so that's not very inspirational. However, if I was having an ideal day, I'd probably have vegetable fajitas Wine

I am loving this thread, I just love reading about food as well as eating all I can of course.

Today
B= Special k with blueberries and full fat milk. Coffee
L= chicken salad sandwich on seedy bread, sweet chilli snack a jacks, slice of banana bread
D= is going to be spicy bean enchiladas with salad
Snacks= None and I am determined to keep it that way today
Drink, coffee (no sugar) sparkling water and Diet Coke

B - 50g porridge with chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, raisins, maple syrup and cinnamon.

L - lentil pasta with grated cheddar

D - homemade red Thai chicken curry with coconut rice and baby corn.

Snacks - cereal bar, babybel and few squares of Bournville.

Drinks - 2.5 litres of water

0% greek yog with blueberries and pumpkin seeds, apple and large banana

4 ryvita, one egg, cherry toms, bowl of leftover cabbage, leeks and sprouts

2 of those lotus biscoff things

tea will be turkey bean chilli with vegetables

Yesterday:
B - plain yoghurt with raspberries and nuts and a cuppa
L - tomato and butterbean stew, apple, yoghurt, water, cuppa
T - orzo with peas and pancetta (Nigella recipe), cuppa, piece of lemon cake

Today:
B - shredded wheat with almond milk and raspberries, cuppa
L - leftover orzo, yoghurt, apple, biscuit, cuppa
T - probably cheese on toast or a bit of soup

I pretty much only drink tea and water. No snacks. Recently cut out crisps and am trying to be better behaved at weekends with food. It's not good when you realise you ate mostly cake for 2 days!

I had a biscuit for breakfast Blush
I had a sandwich and some Cheddars for lunch, and because I'm pretty pressed for time today I'm just going to have some fish fingers and waffles later. Do not follow my example!!

Just a cup of tea and lots of water so far which is normal for me.
Dinner will be Cajun chicken, baked sweet potato with rice and peas.
Maybe a yoghurt after, I'm not hungry at all today.

Cup of tea for breakfast Tomato soup and three slices of bread plus a bit of cheddar for late lunch. A few tinned peach slices.

I'll be having a takeaway Chinese later but just one dish, literally one thing off the menu (beef in black bean sauce) cause I can't be arsed with rice and noodles.

I’m always surprised how little people eat!
Today (so far!)
Marmite on 2 slices of toast
3 chicken mayo sarnies
2 packets of crisps
Some cheese
A scone with butter
Tonight fish pie and veg (best get some green stuff in today!) and then crisps (yup I eat a lot of crisps) and then some sweets as pudding. Seems like a lot now I write it down!!
And now I’m hungry!

No breakfast except 3 cups of tea
Lunch a banana
Dinner I have some chicken breasts in a crockpot. With a sauce I have thrown over it, consisting of soy sauce, tomato ketchup, honey and some herbs. (Hope it's edible! 😱). With that Im doing sweet potato wedges with paprika, rice, corn on the cob and whatever greens may be lurking in the fridge.

My nutrition today comes courtesy of “whatever free food is lying around the office”.
One satsuma, one banana, one piece of Turkish Delight from someone’s holiday, and a small square of unidentifiable open sandwich left over from a board meeting. Not disordered eating, just CBA to eat breakfast or make packed lunch.

For dinner we will have grilled chicken (in a spicy marinade), vegetable fried rice, yogurt sauce, spicy kale.

Today -
1 slice of wholemeal toast with baked beans and a poached egg, a banana
Houmous and cucumber sandwich
Will have salad, tinned mackarel and new potatoes for dinner.
Probably a small bowl of porridge around 8pm.

Breakfast was 3 mugs of coffee

Lunch was a chicken cup a soup, a hot chocolate and 2 bourbon biscuits

Dinner will either be scrambled eggs or maybe an egg salad.

Everything I eat bloats me, even salad. Bane of my life.

I’m pretty surprised how much you eat! I’d go around feeling permanently “stuffed” and a bit sluggish on that kind of diet!

Museli with added nuts for breakfast.

1 coffee and 1 red bush tea at work. Plus one large apple and a small satsuma.

1 dark chocolate Kallo rice cake as late afternoon snack.

Will be soup for dinner after a run

Breakfast - 3 egg cheese omelette

Lunch - steak, salad, baked potato and some halloumi.

Dinner - pizza and chips

Snacks - cappuccino with 4 marshmallows, handful of pecans, grapes.
Small bowl of tortilla chips.
