I eat awfully lately , little variety , too much beige and an inability to stop at a couple of biscuits. I’m trying to get more variety again as I’m stuck in a rut so please inspire me with what you have eaten today or what you will eat for those that eat dinner/tea later in the evening.

Breakfast - porridge with sultanas and almond butter
Lunch - broccoli and stilton soup and beetroot on the side, 2 clementines
Dinner - chickpea and apricot stew

Couple of hot chocolates and lots of coffee

Really fancy an almond croissant

Today, no brekkie, couple of cups of coffee as usual, I drink it black, I don't like milk.

Some of last nights left over beef stir fry with garlic mayo for lunch

Dinner is pork belly strips with broccoli and mushrooms.

Banana, grapes and total 0% yog.

a couple of chocolates that someone at work brought in.

Pork steak with a grain style salad.

Will eat mushroom tortilini with tomato sauce for dinner with rocket for dinner.

Yesterday was:

Banana and total 0% yog

One of those ginger and soy tuna couscous steam pots things.
Packet of salt and vinegar crisps

Home made vegtable soup with a bread roll and a few slices of roast chicken breast and a handful of baby toms. Would have had some cucumber too but it had gone mushy.

Grapes and 4 large squares of dark chocolate i.e. about 1/3 the bar!

Had done about 650 calories in exercise though yesterday so the chocolate was ok. Bit low on veg overall.

I'm supposed to be following a vlcd but its not going well so I decided for definite that I'm going back on to slimming world this afternoon.

So far today I've had:

A club biscuit I was given when I got to work.

A tea with milk & sugar.

A salted caramel chunky kitkat that I couldn't resist once seen at the till (eaten before I even got back to work).

A small co-op salad.
A packet of southern fried fridge raiders.
Half a tub of low fat co-op coleslaw.
Half a tub of co-op tomato & herb pasta.
A bottle of rubicon spring water in cherries & berries.

Thinking of making spag bol for dinner but I've already had pasta today so might have inspirations gastro fish & avocado salad maybe.

Also thinking of going shopping tonight to get packed lunch stuff to bring my own food tomorrow.

Breakfast was a smoothie made with soya milk, carrot, spinach, blueberries and some vitamin type powder

Lunch was 6 veggie meatballs with sweetcorn, green beans and some rice

Dinner will be pasta made with aubergine, courgettes and olives and some red pesto sauce

I've had 3 glasses of water and will have a cup of tea and a Nakd bar shortly :)

Actually, fuck it, I'm hungover today so I'll go in Iceland on the way home and get slimming world ready meals.

I'll cook properly tomorrow.

Today's offerings are:

B: Yogart, strawberries, 1/2 a banana, blackberries and some almonds and walnuts.

L: 2 boiled eggs, vegetable sticks (carrots, pepper and cucumber) tomatoes and 1/2 an avcardo.

D: (Will be) steak and a tomato/avcardo/mozzarella and pesto salad.

B - 2 slices of toast with one chopped up banana on top then one with maple syrup over the top and the other with honey. 2 large coffees.

L - tinned tomato soup with bread

D - half a bottle of wine Confused

So far a lovely piece of sirloin steak, a red and a green pepper and a leek, cooked with the steak in olive oil, some broccoli and spinach. That's it. I will have something else later. I eat my main meal most days as a late lunch as that fits in best with work.

Breakfast - Cornflakes
Lunch - Crab sandwich with skinny danish bread
Tea - will be - Smoked Haddock, new pots and broccoli
I never snack, not because I'm angelic or strict, I save the calories for wine.
Tell a lie, I ate the last three yellow cherry tomatoes in the greenhouse this morning, I needed my hands for other things so stored them in my mouth Grin

So far today I have eaten a banana, an apple, two cereal bars, a ham and egg salad, a yoghurt, a packet of crisps, and a freddo bar. I currently have a chicken roasting in the oven which I’ll have with a jacket potato and veg.

Quite hungover following a work party last night. Have mostly existed on a diet of breadsticks and fiendishly strong coffee.

Back to work tonight so will eat whatever chef makes us.

Tomorrow will be better!

So far I've had a smoothie for breakfast (banana, berries and coconut milk), and almond croissant and a flat white. Then an instant coffee and a chocolate hob nob. A banana. 2 crackers and a bit of cheese. A mars bar.

Far too much sugar and carbs. No protein. For dinner having a veggie bake with broccoli and carrots.

Some pistachios and cashews
Later: beef and bean chili with a baked potato, probably lots of cheese too

Bowl of melon
2 apples
Medium bowl of kimchi (first time I’ve had for breakfast but so delicious I fancied it when I opened fridge.)
1 coffee 2 decaf

Lunch
Huge undressed salad
Half large avocado
About 120g of cooked prawns
Followed by an apple and bowl of raspberries and blackberries
2 decaf coffee

1 tea

Dinner
Huge mound of steamed veg (carrots, leeks, courgette, an entire crown of broccoli Shock) with soy sauce and wasabi
Followed by an apple and bowl of frozen blueberries (like sweets)
1 decaf tea
1 decaf coffee

Before bed I will have a bowl of kefir quark with Bircher muesli and a fruit tea

Today I’ve eaten:

A chicken pesto flatbread from Pret
A packet of salted crisps
A cinnamon danish
Some dairy free choc Brownie Ben and Jerry’s (it wasn’t great so I regret this)
2 slices avocado toast
Apple crumble and ice cream

This is by no means a typical day and tbh I’m writing it down to shame myself Grin

Hmm, still not great but better:
B: Melon and blueberries with black coffee
L: Heinz 5-beans on toast with some baby spinach leaves, slice of apple cake and a pear
Snacks: packet of crisps and a tunnocks caramel wafer, 3 cups of tea
Dinner will be chorizo and butternut risotto with green beans
I need lots of water too.

I don't know why I eat crisps every day. I don't even like them very much any more. Mindless munching.
