To not understand people who dont drink hot drinks (lighthearted bit of fun, come join in)

I know i am being unreasonable.. everyone just likes what they like, im not daft...

But i cant imagine not having a hot drink. I drink both coffee and tea and try most of the new fandangled options that are forever coming onto the market. I use hot drinks as a way to relax and socialise. Almost all my friends drink hot drinks so its a bit alien to me to not have them..

What thing(s) do you absolutely love but cant get your head around other people disliking??

I can't think of a better way to relax and wind down, it's my favourite thing to do.

I don't understand people who say they don't like it, or that it's boring, or that they haven't read a book since they left school, or that they only read Hello magazine.

I have to stop myself saying something that I know would sound judgy and patronising.

A hot drink is just perfect for any situation.
I don't understand the people who are agog when I offer a cup of tea in the current scorching weather! It's an all weather drink!

I don't drink tea, coffee or any other type of hot drink. I love all of drinks icy cold.

I also don't understand people who don't llike to read, it's a window into another world.

I love tea and coffee but can’t have caffeine. People are always so shocked when I turn it down.

I don’t drink tea or coffee (my mum is a coffee addictive, black and strong so I think growing up with the constant smell of the coffee pot put me off!)
I’ll occasionally drink a hot chocolate in the winter.

Don’t really drink many soft drinks either, don’t like coke or lemonade. I’m a water or orange juice drinker!

I love lots of hot drinks. A cup of tea is very restorative. My husband does not drink any hot drinks. So I never really hear "fancy a cuppa?". My parents have a hot drink routine each day and I love beingbthere to get cups of tea made.for.me.

My partner doesn’t drink them and I still can’t get over it after 3 years 🤷‍♀️

I don't understand people who are obsessed with wine and prosecco it's tastes foul and then you feel like shit afterwards, what's to like? Cups of tea on the other hand 👌

I don't like tea and coffee gives me tummy ache.
I quite like hot chocolate but it's the only hot drink I like.

I'm another who doesn't understand not reading. I remember going to two different friend's homes when our dc's were babes in arms. I'd never noticed until then that there was not a single book in the house. We had bookcases overflowing, along with the dc's rooms, but not one book at theirs. I did ask, and was told 'we don't read it's boring'. (I admit to being a bit judgy about it)

I can’t stand taste of tea or coffee.
I’ll have a hot chocolate now and then but that’s it.

There was a thread this week about what magazine (singular) someone should take on holiday.

One. Magazine. I can't fathom how it could possible take anyone an entire holiday to get through that!

I don't drink any hot drinks at all and just drink robinson's orange squash all the time (boring and not great I know)

I will take a cup of tea though if at someone's house out of politeness if everyone else is having but I never enjoy it.

I love watching telly; sometimes good stuff, sometimes rubbishy stuff.

I don’t understand people who say they don’t watch telly, and wear it as a badge of honour. I mean, to each their own, but I find it odd.

I’m one of those people who doesn’t like cats or dogs. They’re cute and everything but they stink! I know you think yours don’t stink, but they do and you stink of them when you’re not with them.

I’m not an animal lover. I don’t wish them any harm. But can’t get worked up about any animal in any form.

I don't drink tea or coffee, it's. Not because they hot as I love soup - I don't like the taste. I wish I as the look of joy and calm on a tea/coffee drinker's face when they have been longing for a cup is something I don't get with a cold Pepsi Max.

Don't get the TV thing. Or reading. Anyone who says reading is borong hasn't found a good enough book.

Except whale watching. I’ll be thrilled to see some whales

My best hates hot drinks. I love my tea, especially in the morning. Hate all types of coffee though
