As much as we are all enjoying hearing about this awful woman, OP just be careful..Ive known a few people like this in real life to and they can hold grudges forever. Her behaviour could even escalate.

I really think she has taken you waaaaay past the point where there is any doubt about who is the bigger person- so go on respond a little.
